While installing the first one on a leather guitar strap, the little turquoise button in the middle popped right off. Uhhhg.. anyway I roughed up the metal surface underneath and gave it a little superglue. Hopefully the problem is over. It comes with a little screw and washer and I was able to penetrate about 3/16 thick leather and get it tightened on well, without the washer. If you have a multi layer leather project, you may have to correlate one or two of the leather backings To make the screw reach the thread on the back of the concho. Anyway it looks great and have some nice weight to it

I was very hopeful to receive these conchos. I had considered them for some time and finally gave in to purchasing them for a project. When they arrived they looked cute in the bag, but once opened there were a couple problems: the back screw to one of them was missing, and the decorative black stone on the the front of one of them came off. Maybe I got a bad pair or I was just unlucky, but overall I was disappointed with the product.

You better hope that the leather you’re attaching these to is paperthin because the shaft and the screws are too short for anything else.

They were beautiful right out of the package. I installed four of them on a quality black western style belt of mine. Two of the little blue things fell off the first day. Fortunately, they both landed in my bedroom, so I was able to recover them. (Imagine my surprise when I looked down and saw them on the floor!) The next surprise, and the reason for the sour tone of this review, is that they weren't turquoise at all. Turquoise doesn't melt, or catch fire. But plastic sure does!

Attracted by product looks. A little pricey and could have had a bit longer attachment post on back. Other wise very good just wish price was less but rated this product a 5 of 5. May purchase again.

Ok so it took over a month to get here wasn’t happy about that. The screws are not long enough to go through leather they were only long enough to go through a piece of paper and the posts were a little crooked as a leather crafter I need Chicago screws and longer posts.
