Pfaltzgraff Napoli Latte Mug, 20-Ounce

People commented on it being from China and being too light/cheaply made. The first impression when you lift it is that it is an airy ceramic, yes, cheaply made. But when I use it full with coffee, if it was heavier it would be an uncomfortable cup to hold. So I can't hold the weight against it. I am health conscious and was going to be influenced by it coming from China. But I have a variety of cups because I like different looking cups when I'm enjoying my coffee in the morning; and it dawned on me that I don't know where most of them come from. Not the smartest logic, but replacing them all is a project for down the road. As for it heating up in the microwave, I don't use one, so it's not an issue for me. It is as lovely looking in person as the picture shows it to be. A beautiful cup that I am pleased with so far.

Coffee is lightweight and holds enough coffee for a morning cup. However, the handle breaks very easy as it is hollow, all it takes is for the cup to tip over on a hard surface. I ordered 5 of these but will not order any more as they break to easy.

These mugs are cute but they are of dollar store quality. They are cheap, lightweight material that you could get for much less elsewhere. Do not buy these. The first set I got were broken on arrival so I requested a replacement, which I got. Now that I have them though, I wish I could return them, looks like that's not an option for me now unfortunately.

I've had this for 2 years until it's finally cracked at the lip so it's lasted a good while. It is vey pretty and complements my Platzgraff Pistoulet pattern dishes nicely. I use it on a daily basis and it always goes in the dishwasher. Very nice size.But... The lip is somewhat thick and caused me to slop a little until I grew accustomed to it. It is lightweight but that comes from the low density of the ceramic which makes it feel porous and of cheap quality. I do think the cracking problems come from the thin glaze "leaking" the liquid through and once the hot liquid hits the bare ceramic (either coffee or DW water), that's when it cracks. Also, like others have stated it does cool liquids fairly quickly. On the bright side, the mug itself doesn't heat up in the microwave.All in all, even though it's my favorite mug, I am looking for a different one to replace this one,

If you live in the United States, this mug is NOT 20-ounce. It holds 16 ounces, which according to my calculator is 20 percent less than the website description says. While the mug certainly is lovely, my husband and I need 20-ounce mugs and bought two of this one because the description says, "20-ounce." The product description needs correcting.

This mug is not too heavy yet holds 20 ounces!! The handle is very comfortable, design and colors are fabulous and it sits and stays warm on my cup warmer for a long time every morning. I highly recommend it.

I ordered two of these as a gift to go along with a new Keirig Coffee Maker. These are very large (travel mug size), which is great when using the largest cup feature on the Kureig. The colors, quality, etc. are all very good. I've seen her using these mugs...so she must like them.

It's a nice looking mug, but it's not very durable. Within a few weeks, it tipped over on a counter and broke into several pieces. It was empty and it wasn't much of a fall. I was surprised it broke into so many pieces.

A huge crack already appeared after a month or two. This was with only handwashing.
