This is a tiny flash that delivers more light than you'd expect, and has a fast recycle time. Because it's so compact and basically sits right on top of the hot shoe, it's only suitable for cameras with short lenses. I tested it on a mirrorless with a 24-105mm lens and there was a noticeable shadow cast by the lens, so any compact Nikon will be fine, or a mirroless/DSLR with a pancake lens. It's ideal for travel as it takes up almost no space at all, fitting into any small pocket and you can charge it up using a powerbank. The quality is excellent and the output is surprisingly good. It's another great Godox product.

恥ずかしながらニコン用というのを見落として注文してしまいましたが、キャノンユーザーです。ダメ元でEOS R8に付けてみましたが、発光せず諦めかけましたが、設定を見直し、シャッターモードを電子先幕シャッターに変えたところ発光しました。TTL機能はあてにならないかもしれませんが、フラッシュ側でも露出調整ができますので、マニュアルで使っていきたいと思います。小さいながら液晶画面で設定も分かり易くてGoodです。小ぶりな割には、しっかり光ってくれますので、物撮りや近距離のポートレートなど、で使えそうですね。マグネット式のディフューザーも脱着が楽ですし、使い勝手が良いように思います。充電はType-Cなので、どこでも充電できるのも嬉しいですね。Canon用が欲しくなってしまいました。

Me pillé este Godox para mis sesiones con la Nikon porque necesitaba algo compacto que no ocupara toda la mochila. Al sacarlo de la caja me llamó la atención lo ligero y manejable que es, y la pantalla es súper clara, se entiende todo al toque sin perder tiempo ajustando modos. Lo probé en un par de fotos nocturnas y el reciclaje de 1,5 segundos es un salvavidas, puedes disparar casi al instante sin quedarte esperando. La batería recargable via USB-C me vino de lujo, así no estoy con pilas cada dos días y aguanta un montón, calculo que unos 700 flashes a potencia máxima. Lo único que noto es que al ser mini no tiene la potencia de un flash grande para distancias largas, pero para la mayoría de tomas urbanas o retratos está más que bien. En resumen, pequeño, rápido y práctico, un compañero de fotos sin complicaciones.

This mini flash is a much better option for travel or things like street photography opposed to hauling around a full sized speedlite. It is incredibly small and weighs next to nothing, so you can leave it on your Nikon without it feeling top heavy. The built in lithium battery is a huge plus as it charges via USB-C and lasts for over 700 shotgs, which is plenty for a full day of shooting. The Smart TTL works surprisingly well, taking the guesswork out of exposure when you are moving between different lighting conditions. It also has a clear screen on the back which makes it easy to flick over to manual mode and adjust the power settings. The magnetic accessories are a nice touch too, letting you snap on a diffuser or colour filter with ease. The biggest limitation is the lack of High Speed Sync. You are capped at a 1/200 shutter speed, so if you try to use it in bright daylight with a wide aperture, you will end up with black bars on your images. It also has a fixed head, meaning you cannot tilt or swivel it to bounce light off a ceiling. You are stuck with direct flash unless you use the included diffuser. Overall, though, for what it is, it's a good tool for anyone who wants a bit of extra light without the bulk of a professional setup. Recommended. 4/5
