I couldn't be happier with my purchase. This diffuser started out great. Looks amazing in my bedroom.

I bought two of these and they quit working after a couple weeks, they sent new ones and the middle part won’t even stay in.

Well constructed and you can change the lights as well as the duration of mist. Looks awesome in my yoga space

9/?/18 - first replacement shipment was lost by UPS. Parents are now using this again for a couple weeks and all seems well. VERY OUTSTANDING follow up and customer service, hopefully this unit lives a good long life of service. Will update after possible resolution._______________________________________________________________________________________________7/13 Seller also made NO attempt to replace the unit after it failed in less than 3 months...________________________________________________________________________________5/19 WELL, Changing my feedback to 1 star because the darn thing quit 'blowing' and it's not even 3 months old. grrrrrr________________________________________________________________________________________Wanted a larger unit to run all night. This does, sort of, but seems like the timer mechanism isn't specific to diffuser size which is a disappointment.This one only runs overnight on the intermittent setting even though the tank is well big enough to just run that long. It has proven helpful for my mother's Meniere's disease along with a vertigo oil mix and it would be great if it could run the full time she is sleeping to better help with the morning dizziness. :/The lights are a great variety if you want that... we picked this for the wood grain, size and price. If it only ran 8 hours I would give it 5 stars.

I love the look and the way it works but I have to unplug it at the end of the day (at work) and the plug/adapter is in a recessed "hole" in the bottom. There should be a little slit so that the cord can be inserted. Other than that I LOVE it.

Well made , works like a charm. Bought for intermittent mode and does what it says.

Best diffuser/ humidifier i have ever owned!! Love it! It has such a powerful mist u can use it as a cool mist humidifier without oils too!! Using it that way for a sick family member right now. Highly recommend!

I do like the product. It does good job and looks good. I wish the top had a better design. It's more difficult than it should be to lift it off. Thats because it's so smooth and hard to get a grip. However I would recommend it other than that.
