I’ve had issues on and off since having my first baby almost two years ago. Finally enough was enough and I set out to find a good natural product. I have been using it three times a day almost every day for three weeks. There is such a difference. And application has always been easy because it feels so soothing and fresh.

WOW!! This product has been amazing for me. This is the first review i have ever written on Amazon but i felt it was my obligation based on how this product helped me. I have had minor cases of hemorrhoids through the years but this past month i had a severe case of it, so much so that i could not work and was very fearful that i would need surgery. I ordered all sorts of creams hoping for relief but to no avail. I then saw a write-up on this product and ordered it as well. It was delivered to me on a Tuesday, and at the time i was at my worse, totally depressed and very concerned. i started to apply it faithfully 3 times a day as directed along with continuing sitz baths and using witch hazel wipes (both of which had had no effect up to this point in time). To my amazement, within a day i had significant improvement in the pain and itching categories. It is now one week later, i have had daily improvement to the point now that i feel "cured". OMG, what a relief. I'm shocked how fast it worked and allowed me to return to my normal daily routine.

Honest review, I bought this out of desperation. This is not a paid review at all I’m telling you from experience this stuff has helped out tremendously. Randomly discovered it on an online message board figured I’d give it a try and I definitely do not regret it. Can’t guarantee it’ll help you, but it is definitely worth a shot. It has worked for me!

I was hesitant to purchase Neo Healar because it's pricier than any other topical medicine I can get at the drug store, but I was pleasantly surprised at how well it works! This is the first time I've had piles and I tried Preparation H for a few days, which seemed to reduce inflammation, but not much else. I never experienced any itching and only mild pain, so I suppose I'm lucky in that regard. After 5 days of Prep H use, I received Neo Healar in the mail and like it much better. Is it made with peppermint? Because when I put it on I had to double check to make sure there wasn't a hole in the seat of my pants letting a draft in. And let's just say your, erm, gas will actually smell pleasant for a few hours after application. Weird side effect, but there it is. I really like the cooling relief and I've only used it two days and the inflammation has shrunk considerably. I'll let you know if the piles disappear completely.

This stuff works great. Just wished it wasn’t so hard to come out of the tube!

Healed my anal fissures and I got relief from that sharp pain while having BM. I apply it 3 times a day ..I took a stool softener daily and I took sitz baths ..This and the wheat grass cream work..I can see a lot of improvement ..it doesn't help with the bleeding though..

Used this product for several weeks, three times a day, and unfortunately it did not help me much. My problem was really the intense itching and it did not alleviate that much. It did seem to shrink the piles though! But I had to resort to using a 40% zinc cream (find it in diaper care) and that took care of the itching problem that plagued me for years!! Wish I had used it long ago, as I spent many sleepless nights suffering! Certainly hope this product works for others though. Such a nuisance!
