Bush Furniture Buena Vista Small Storage Cabinet with Doors in Madison Cherry

This a beautiful piece of furniture. Albeit not solid wood it appears to be solid. The end result is a pretty darned good-looking storage cabinet at a very affordable price. I have a very limited amount of space; but, needed something that was big enough to hold my paper shredder (without the shelf inside). The assembly instructions are very detailed pictures so it is very easy to assemble. There is no narrative instructions so you have use your own experience for some construction details. I never intend to take it apart so I applied wood glue to the dowels and any joints. If you have a place to roll it around, one person can put it together although the instructions suggest an assistant at some points. The predrilled starter holes and included hardware permits you to draw-up the joints tightly without clamps. Take your time putting it together and you will not be disappointed with this unit.

We got one of these cabinets to hold games and video (yes, VHS) cartridges, but found that we could use another. They are a good value for the money, and were easy to build. The first one was built in an hour, and the second in much less time than that. I read reviews where people had gaps in the doors or the door were crooked. The hinges are fully adjustable on the doors, and there is a screw to move the doors around to close gaps, etc. After some adjusting, I had no issues with the door gaps. I also read review where people said the cabinet was not sturdy. I found no issue with that either. I don't think I would stand on it, but I wouldn't anyway. Overall, a very good product for under $100! Looks great.

It is a nice sturdy cabinet, however the back is too flimsy cardboard. I wouldn't say it's super easy to put together. My teenage son had some trouble with it. We were missing a few parts and had to wait to get them in the mail also. Company quickly fixed that problem and sent them for free.

The cabinet is very solid after it is put together. Nice color and finish. Getting the doors to align right takes some patience and time. Excellent cabinet for the price.

The gap in the door (face palm) so annoying! It’s just big enough to notice. I took them off and readjusted. Did nothing. It has to be where the manufacturer made the holes for those tiny square pieces. Not sure I can fix it without tearing or breaking the “wood”. Also, weird stain above the doors. Probably not a regule thing but the gaps seems to be a reoccurring issue. Also, I have a three year and this tips. It’s just cheap and most cheap furniture tips but was hoping this wasn’t one of those. My son immedialty wanted to step on the bottom shelf to get to looking at what was on the top of it. This cabinet is so cute and exactly the size and color I wanted. It’s a good low cost option. I have three kids and nothing lasts for more than year or two. So glad I could find something that wouldn’t make me mad after the first dig or scratch.

Recd wrong color, but reordered. I am extremely happy with this piece...assembly instruction were clear and it’s a very nice piece of furniture!

Easy to assemble and looks good - however, huge gap in the right door and it sort of droops in the center. Spoils the whole thing. Update: contacted support about gap in door and no response.

Assembly is easy, just takes patience. Very nice solid product and looks good.
