Fantastic book with brilliant illustrations. Easy to follow for children aged 2 upwards. My two yr old is able to name and do all of the poses. Definitely recommend

My almost 3 year old asks daily if we can do “yogurt” (yoga) since this book arrived. The pictures are adorable, and the flow that puts it all together on the last spread is so great. I now want the entire series. Such a fun way for a toddler to explore their body movement and placement. Highly recommend!

After ordering this book our active time brought even more fun and time together. Our daughter loves coping these beautiful drawn animals and play with us. Recommend for sure

I am really satisfied with this book. I purchased it for a 3 years old child and it's perfect for that age. I particularly enjoyed the fact that, on the last page, every position in the book is well explained. That makes it easy for parents to show to the little ones how to do them correctly.

Grandchildren love it
