Inexpensive insert for Plantar Fasciitis
These are fitted to your shoe size so they stay in the shoe snuggly and do not move around like other insoles. They offer good arch support and have a cushioned cup for the heel which also helps with pain from my heel spurs. I replace mine about every 5-8 months depending on how often I wear those particular shoes. Unfortunately you may need to get some shoes 1/2 size larger to accommodate the insert, depending on the size of the toe cup, otherwise you may get some rubbing on the top of your toes. I have found this usually goes away within one or 2 wearing with leather and canvas shoes as I break in the new inserts. Added side benefit - they increase the length of time your shoes feel great because you are consistently changing the insert. The sole of my hushpuppies literally fell apart while I was wearing them but I did not notice at first because the insert did it's job.

Great orthotic at a great price
I have had chronic pain in my left foot for many years, the result of congenital pes planus (flatfoot) that three surgeries have not entirely cured. Over the years I have used a variety of orthotics, both prescription (custom-made) and over-the-counter, to try to minimize the residual pain. I’ve been having a bad spell with my foot these last few weeks which is what prompted me to try the Forcare brand. So far I would say they compare very favorably with everything I’ve used in the past. While they have not completely eliminated the pain (nothing has) they are giving me a level of relief better than any of the other orthotics in my current collection – including the custom-fitted ones. One thing I really like about these is that there is a seamless transition between the harder plastic that forms the arch support and the softer plastic up front. Not sure how they achieve this but it eliminates the hard front edge of the arch support that can be counter-productive to the overall goal of eliminating pain. Of course, the entire orthotic has a foam layer on top of the plastic to provide proper cushioning to the foot, and a fabric layer on top of that. In summary I would say they seem very well designed and manufactured. Time will tell if they hold up or not.I ordered the “men’s 10 to 10-1/2” size which according to their sizing chart was supposed to be 11.10 inches long. In fact I found them be about 11-7/16 inches long. This was not a problem since the front end can be easily trimmed with a pair of scissors. I removed about a quarter-inch and they now fit perfectly inside my size 10 ASICS GT-2000-7 running shoes. (I don’t run but these are the most comfortable shoes I’ve found!)So far I am very happy with these orthotics and at the price I would say they are a real deal. In the interests of full disclosure, I should mention the seller is sending me a second pair as a thank-you for writing a review, but this has in no way influenced my evaluation. (BTW, I am indeed a man – the review appears under my wife’s name since the order was placed through her account.)

Perfect Fit, Support, & Balance
I must say, I am pleasantly surprised at the design and quality of the Forcare brand insoles. I need pronation support to minimize turning my feet in, developing calluses on the balls of my feet, and throwing my body alignment off. I’ve fiddled with different insoles over the years and even tried expensive, custom-made orthotics at one point. Some were too soft, too hard, too thick, or just plain uncomfortable. All my walking shoes are good quality, but balance and mobility issues make me a little more wobbly these days. To make matters worse, my latest pair of sneakers came with plain, flat insoles. Hoping to find more supportive insoles without spending a lot of time and money, I ordered a pair of Forcare insoles and I do believe they have met all my criteria points. With a variety of sizes to choose from, the insoles literally snapped into place for me with no need to trim or custom fit. They give my feet better arch support and heel hold, and I noticed an immediate difference in my gait and stride. Nice even and straight steps, correcting some off-balance and instability problems, letting me walk more upright.Adjusting to the newness took little to no time at all. No breaking-in period to speak of, and the thickness and firmness feel just right. I will definitely outfit my other shoes with Forcare insoles, and I’m pleased to recommend them and hope they help you. Give them a try!

large sizes arch support
These inserts fit into the shoes well. But, on larger shoe sizes, the arch support is too close to the heel. It's like they used a size 7 arch support for larger shoe sizes.

Does the job! (Gives support, not cushion)
I've had these insoles since September 2021 to relieve new mild plantar fasciitis (specifically heel pain) from a new job with lots of physical activity. My hiking boots were also a little big so I wanted to add an insole to make them more snug. These did the job perfectly! My shoes fit better now, and I no longer have plantar fasciitis. They are firm and well-shaped, giving great arch support. I have high arches. These are still the same shape as when I got them—they don't seem likely to flatten or wear down anytime soon. Be aware that these are not pillowy soft insoles for cushion, but rather firm insoles for support. They are great at their job, and I highly recommend. My only qualm is that they are a little small so I can feel the tip (my shoes are 9.5 and I got the 9-9.5 insole). But that is what happens when insoles aren't custom, and I really appreciate Forcare making so many different sizes of insoles, because every foot size has a different anatomy, which is why those cut-to-size ones don't work!

Comodas y duraderas
Lo único que no me gusta es el color, me gustaría que fuera mas neutro, por otro lado la calidad y durabilidad están muy bien

Excellent product for the money
I have only used these for a day and already feel a difference in my heel pain. They were true to fit, however I have a very narrow foot, so had to do some trimming. I also find that they lift my fooot fairly high in my shoe which causes my heel to slip. I'm hoping this is temporary and they will squash down at bit more as I wear them, otherwise some heel grips should fix the issue. I would recommend these as a good start to see how they work for your heel pain before purchasing expensive custom orthotics

Decent pair of insoles for sure
These are nice insoles but the arch support is a soft foam like the rest of the insole. But was exactly how described in the description and pictures not misleading at all. I bought two pair this pair and another with hard plastic arch support. I wasn’t sure what pair would work better for me. I’m on the heavier side and have horribly flat feet. So with this pair it didn’t take long to start breaking down the arch support. So the plastic worked better for me. But before the arch support started to squish in this pair they were supper comfortable and soft and did relieve pain. So for someone lighter these I think would be wonderful.

Great comfort and fit
These orthotics fit my shoes like a glove. Very comfortable and provide the proper support that I had hoped for. The quality and feel is every bit as good as the orthotics I had made by my Pediatrist at a fraction of the cost. Highly recommend.
