2007-2013 SILVERADO/SIERRA REAR BUMPER CAP CHROME STEEL WITHOUT SENSOR HOLE LH GM1104149

This is a 3 year update. The chrome is still chrome, no rust. There is some light surface rust on the inside, but i sprayed it with fluid film. The part itself is great, fits okay, there is a slight gap in the plastic, but not horrible. The chrome has a nice shine to it.

What a great deal this bumper section was as the dealership wanted $200 + for this part! The construction quality of the item appears equal to the OEM bumper and fitment was perfect. If you need to replace your bumper sections, do not hesitate to purchase one of these units.All that is required to replace the damaged section (if you have no need to replace any of the bumper support structure) is to remove the black trim piece, drill out seven rivets, and remove one bolt, and slide the old bumper section off. I went back with rivets, however I could also (as some have suggested) used 1/4" Phillips machine screws. I did not need to loosen the bumper support structure in order to accomplish the removal of the old or the installation of the new bumper section.

Perfect fit. Easy to install. Used 1/4 in nuts and bolts instead of rivets .

Wish they had tied the special rivets needed to install it with the bumper somehow. Would have made installation a whole lot easier. But, it was exactly what I ordered & worked as intended.

Very pleased with this replacement, it was easy to swap out my dinged up OEM bumper for this one. Looks identical to the factory GM bumper on my 2009 Silverado.

It's a well crafted replacement bumper, that delivers on quality & craftsmanship. would recomend it to anyone loking to replace their bumper. Just pay attention to which side you want & wehther or not you need the sensor hole & you're good to go.
