This isn't very sharp, and thus doesn't penetrate very deeply, despite having long needles.

This is my second one. You are supposed to replace them frequently. I have noticed a huge change in the pigmentation on my face. But I also might be a little inconsistent with use. But these work fine.

Didn't think this would work, I'm 51 and this actually has worked to reduce the smaller lines and plump up my face. Love it!

I’m using it on a year old scar from surgery and it has been working well. Only 3 weeks in and can notice a huge difference. I use every 1-2 days. I would say 2 months and it will be totally gone

I have not used it yet, but it came in total working order, no bent needles, just perfect. In a plastic storage case,sealed in plastic from the factory. I'd buy again.

Slightly squeaky but other than that, this is a great roller.
