Down DreamsClassic Firm Pillow (Formerly Classic Too) (Jumbo)

Stayed at a Hilton last week and my reaction was; wow, these are the pillows I want at home. Puffy, but firm enough, and all down so they contour just right to your head and neck. So i took the cases off to see the label. I did my research online and there appear to be several vendors selling them... but based on the reviews, and the pics, it seems like many are not the real deal and only similar. Hilton has a website that sells bedding, and those pillows definitely don't look the same. So based in the reviews/pics, I went with this seller and pillow. They are the real deal. Identical to the Down Dreams Jumbo (whole saled to Hilton by Sysco). Now, one thing I realized is that you have to fluff the hell out of these to make them jumbo and look/feel like the ones in the hotel. I'm wondering now, reading alot of the reviews for the other sellers ("they're not fluffy like the hotel", "too flat", etc.) If they are also the same but people don't realize they require you to learn that secret hotel uber-fluffing technique. So, anyway... I played it safe, and went with this seller (paid a little more) and got exactly what I wanted. And they are totally worth it!

Great quality pillow but too firm for my neck as a side and back sleeper and only 5’5. Need a true medium perhaps but I don’t want to buy a 2 pack.

I ordered these because they say they are a firm pillow. Not the case. I like a soft pillow, so I kept them. I bought them for my husband who likes his pillows firm. Also although it says it’s a jumbo size, it fits a standard pillow case. For me, they work. But they are not firm and not jumbo.

I should have paid more attention to the reviews that said the pillow was very hard and not like the ones in hotel. I was optimistic and bought 2 anyway and regret it. I cut the tags so did not return them. Unless you want a hard pillow, do not purchase. Expensive pillows not to love.

Worst money I’ve ever spent and I gave them as gifts as well. No one liked them. I had slept on one of these pillows in a hotel and fell in love. Spent the money on seven of them and they were not what I thought they’d be.

I ordered this pillow because we stayed at a Hilton and I loved the Down Dreams Classic Too. This states that it's formally Classic Too but when I opened it up my husband and I both agreed it wasn't the same thing. It had a Down Dreams tag but it's not what we had in the hotel. When I first felt it, all you could feel was clumps of feathers. It didn't really feel soft like a 'down' pillow should. It was more lumpy feeling because of those feathers.Knowing it was not what I was looking for, I decided to return it. I packaged it up just as it was sent to me, including their free little gift, and shipped it back according to their instructions. What I didn't realize was that almost $15.00 dollars was taken out of my refund just for trying out that pillow. I realize that returning an item may have a cost associated with it but near $15.00 dollars seems a bit excessive to me. As I was processing the return, it appeared that I would receive a full refund and was very surprised when I got my refund notification and it was almost $15.00 dollars less.So, that said, please be sure you really want this pillow before you order it or know going in that it will cost you something to send it back.

Had previously purchased the medium firm but they were not firm enough for my liking. This is a much thicker and has great support, does not go flat during the night. Worth every penny. Equal to the ones I previously purchased 8 years ago when there was only one choice in firmness.

I recently retired from a job in which I traveled 40 weeks per year and lived in Hilton properties while on the road. I missed the comfort of their pillows so started searching amazon for an exact match for my home. This is the pillow, I bought one and slept on it for three nights and then purchased a second one last week. This is the real deal - no sore neck and shoulders when I wake up in the mornings. I absolutely love this pillow.
