Great tablet, worked right out of the box. Awesome battery life.

Very impressed with this tablet, especially at this price point. It runs well, feels solid, and comes with a stylus, which has been super useful for work. I actually ended up buying three of them — that’s how much I liked it. Battery life is strong, and it’s held up well in some rough conditions so far. If you need a reliable, durable tablet for business or everyday use, this is an easy recommendation.

Great quality tablet the sound comes out really nice the screen quality is very strong, The charging speed is also very fast, great touch screen and has great wifi connectivity.

Product came without the stock case and with a different s-pen then comes from manufacturer. Guess this company has different definition of refurbished. “Refurbished” refers to a product, typically an electronic device or piece of equipment, that has been previously used or returned, then restored to a like-new condition by the manufacturer or a qualified third party. This process often involves testing, repairing, cleaning, and sometimes replacing parts to ensure the item meets the original specifications and performance standards. Refurbished items are usually sold at a lower price than brand-new products and may come with a warranty, though it might be shorter than that of a new item. The term implies that the product isn’t new but has been professionally renewed to function as if it were. If it is not as manufacture sells it it’s not refurbished. From Samsung website MIL STD 810H, IP68, Anti-shock (Drop from 1.2m heigh with cover) Bought for the drop and ip68 rating now have neither. Store told me Thank you for reaching out and I apologize if there was any confusion on the listing as the case is not included with this device. Basically saying it’s my fault that they don’t specify. Without case can’t claim it’s waterproof

Good as new to me. Not a glitch....

Much better than the "good" condition it was rated at. It came with 27% charge so I fired it right up, and it was "wiped" so I didn't have any apps or info I had to clean off of it. I see tiny signs that the digitizer has been replaced. For barely over half the cost of the digitizer by itself, it is well worth buying instead of repairing an old one

While the device itself is splendid with its large screen, its water-resistance feature was misleading. I was disappointed to find that this was due to the absence of a water-resistant case which was not included as promised when I purchased it. Overall, it's a decent product, but the lack of transparency whilst advertising it is a bit off-putting.
