BEST comfort and ergonomic design (out of many)
Admittedly, I've had this mouse for 4 hours but it's immediately proved to be exactly what I'm looking for. It's performance is 100% for office work, i.e. scrolling, pointing, clicking. Very smooth, nice adjustments on responsiveness, and completely silent minus a few of the specialty clicks. High quality matte finish feel and look. I work on my computer 50+ hrs/week ... for the company that sells this product where you are right now : ) ... and I've gone through several different ergonomically designed 'mice' - most recent was the Logitech "Lift" which is very popular. That and many like it are so heavy at the bottom and thin at the top you feel like you are fighting gravity constantly trying to hold and move the mouse without your hand slipping upward. I'll put it like this, do you want your hand shaped like a duck's beak for 50 hrs/week or a C grip? Hint, one of them is natural, one of them is not. Will also add the Logitech Lift and others like it look weird, they are not subtle. You better love the feel of that design to justify having it on your desk. The Perimice is just right, light and rounded enough for a proper grip. Price doesn't always translate to quality or experience and in this case, there's a pronounced difference. Spend $40 less for a better fitting product.

Best mouse ever
I figured it would take me a week to get used to this mouse setup in comparison to a traditional mouse. Took more like a half day and I had the movements and clicks down. So easy to use and has made a difference for my wrist tendinitis and wrist pain from mouse use.I specifically chose this mouse as other reviewers said it fit nicely in their smaller hands. I found it fit my hand perfectly being a 5’2” person with longer fingers yet in general smaller hands.

Perfect for smaller hands
I started noticing pain in my right hand/wrist and figured I should get an ergonomic mouse before it gets worse. I tried a several different mice that friends and coworkers recommended, but none of them were comfortable. I'm 5'1" with small hands, so when I saw this "mini" ergonomic mouse, I immediately ordered it. It fits my hand perfectly and the pain is much better since using it. It also was very easy to get used to since the angle isn't too extreme. Only issue is that I sometimes have to toggle the on/off switch to get it working if it's been a few hours and my computer went to sleep.

Feels Good to The Touch
**UPDATE 05/2023** Mouse stopped working. I replaced the AA battery already once before, but today, even with another fresh battery, there's no functionality. Very sad about the lack of longevity with this purchase. ======================= "One size does not fit all," is the best adage for searching for the most suitable small, vertical mouse. It's like trying on a pair of glasses: you have to try on many pairs, and the one you pick probably won't suit someone else. So it is with my search for the best mouse for me, and my small female hands. This mouse won out because it fit and didn't cause added distress or pain to my hand. The matte finish creates a nice soft texture to touch. The buttons near and above the thumb are easy to get to and don't accidentally 'get in the way'. The click is silent and soft. Searching for a new mouse has taught me to listen to my body's needs, and not necessarily the reviews of others. To each their own!

Comfy, works great temporarily
I bought two of these mice for more comfort for my wrists. They worked great at first. They are indeed comfy for my small hands, and I had no issues with them for the first three months or so. Then, the mouse wheel began to cease reading correctly on one of them. The scroll wheel would begin not registering, or would jump up instead of down. I tried wiping the wheel, but it got too annoying to use. Now, the scroll wheels on both are not working. Unfortunately it's a function I use a lot at work and at home, so I'll be tossing both mice. I need to find one that will have a functional scroll wheel long-term. I know it's possible! My gaming mouse from 2007 has never had a scroll wheel issue like this. Good mouse unless you're a scroll wheel heavy user.

Comfortable smaller mouse, but scroll wheel registers false scroll
Been using this for a couple of years and I really like the ergonomic factor. The angle is really comfortable and it's on the smaller side which is a great balance for me because I tend to use this mouse with a wrist brace occasionally. "Normal" sized mice make gripping them awkward with the brace but this one is great for use both without and with a brace. My only complaint is that the scroll wheel registers a false scroll in the opposite direction. So if I scroll up a few ticks it'll scroll down one. It was occasional at first but it's gotten a lot worse over time where sometimes I have to scroll a dozen times for it to stay. I use the scroll in my work quite a bit so it's gotten frustrating enough that I'm looking for a new mouse which is a shame because I like everything else about this one.

Identical size/design to my older Jelly Comb mouse, but with a much better wheel and external material. - perfect fit for my hand (average size) - not an aggressive, but still very beneficial ergonomic design to reduce internal rotation of wrist/bicep tendon/shoulder - insanely quiet clicks and wheel - no issues with tracking I've been using this mouse for 8hrs/day for about 3 weeks and is easily the best mouse I've ever had, especially for the price. I see no issue with build quality and can happily assume it will last a very long time. Very happy with the purchase. Enjoy!

I bought this mouse to replace an identical one from another supplier (Jelly Comb) that seems to have intermittently died which I’ve had and used for the best part of 4 years. I laughed when the description of this product says “designed in Germany” etc. There’s several suppliers with this exact same mouse that just put a different brand name on it. That aside, I like this mouse for a few reasons: + It’s a small ergonomic / vertical type mouse which I like. I’ve got several other larger ones which are totally fine as well but I prefer this size. + The clicks are very quiet. Not sure I’d say silent but pretty close. The ergo mice I’ve got have very noisy clicks which drive me to the point of insanity. + Because of the smaller size it takes us less space when I travel for business. + Price point is fair. + Mouse feel is sort of soft but matte. + Battery life is good (most likely). It’s too early to tell with this exact mouse but based on the previous one I had I rarely had to change the battery (1 x AA). + USB dongle is low profile which means you can leave it connected to your laptop when putting in a bag. Or you can remove the dongle and store it inside the mouse in the battery compartment. + Has three DPI modes which could be useful for doing certain kinds of tasks but the default setting works great for general office/business type work. + Doesn’t hurt my wrist or arm when using for long periods although a don’t have carpal tunnel / RSI in the wrist so not sure how folks with that would find this - definitely better than a conventional mouse I’d bet.

De muis ligt fijn in de hand en is extra stil met klikken. Helaas maakt het scrollwieltje een oorverdovend lawaai waardoor de muis de naam stil echt niet mag voeren.
