Reptile Centre Silent Crickets pre-pack, Standard

The crickets we received were not silent. We notified the seller and would have been prepared to share video footage as proof but instead they expect us to return live insects without original, adequate packaging. Item description not accurate so I will not purchase from Reptile Centre again as not had this issue with any other retailers.

there was no where near 100 crickets, it was more like 30, very very dissapointed!!!!! will not order ever again
