Its NOT bitter as you might expect!Neither sweet at all.obviusly why would it be theres zero sugar THANKFULLY!😁Dont chew it ..bite little piece and let it melt...It is a serious chocolate for sure...I dont know what to think of it....Certainly, proud of myself for eating it..when I eat little piece(i can't imagine eating more than one tiny square a day)I imagine myself somewhere in the old movies black and white....somewhere far away in Africa.Or Casablanca,"Some like it hot"perhaps,lot cones to my artistic mind.I bet after my review you will buy it🤣🤣🤣

Please know that this chocolate is Powerful, intensely full flavored, and bitter!!!

Can purchase a better tasting product with much less cost.

By far the nicest, and easiest to eat, 100% chocolate bar I have ever tried (I have tried about 10 different bars recently). Doesn't taste bitter at all - really nice and creamy and despite having no sugar, it leaves a really pleasant taste in the mouth for a long time. I have problems limiting myself to just a few pieces at a time, and then suffer the caffeine hit.... Other than that, amazing tasting chocolate, and I now prefer it to ANY other chocolate.

Beautiful, creamy 100% bar. Eat a small amount at a time; let it dissolve. Absolutely wonderful, clean cacao flavor.

I was amazed at the complexity of this chocolate bar. I've tried 100% chocolate bars, and this one is by far the best. No bitterness, rather a woody chocolate flavor, smooth texture, dry finish. It also has a calming effect! I recommend this for anyone who likes a very dark chocolate. Not for novices!
