Comfy Life Lady Pants for Women – Menstrual, Incontinence & Maternity Postpartum Underwear | Adult Nappies with Elastic Waistband, Adjustable Tape, ADL & Tospin Lift – Medium 2 Pack (20 Pcs) : desertcart.co.uk: Health & Personal Care Review: Effective for small problems, a little expensive - These are comfy, soft and a good fit. They are effective for little accidents of leaks, but not sure about heavy accidents. On first wearing you think everyone will notice, but they are discrete. The sides can be adjusted so no problems with fit. 40 pairs for £28 seems a little expensive. If you wear one a day then at 70p/day these would cost £255.50 for a year. So need to work out if this is affordable. Review: Super comfortable - These are soft, disposable pants that offer discreet, flexible 360° fit for women, suitable for incontinence, maternity, or postpartum use. Their ultra-absorbent, breathable design provides comfort and leak protection for daily wear, travel, and light period needs, with an underwear-style fit that's discreet under clothing. Extremely comfortable i could use these every day.

Reasonable light-use pants
Comfy and well fitted, and the adjustable tabs on the side are a nice touch - definitely best for 'light' needs only though, not the most absorbant and very low on the front for some people. I'd compare with the always discrete for something equally unobtrusive feeling and see which you get on best with - the individual packaging is nice though.

Great for a cold
I got these lady pants in a medium. I'm a 12-14 and this was a good fit for me. I do hate when they call these types of product "adult nappies". So, to be blunt as it may help some people looking for the same reason, I didn't do my kegels when I was pregnant, nor have I done any pelvic floors after the baby. Mostly I'm fine, but when I have a cold or flu, it's not good times. Any heavy coughing fits or sneeze could prove very awkward, especially if not at home. These have been great to cover those moments. Personally these are not something I need to wear everyday, it is just when I've got a bad cough or sneezes, and they have done their job and discreetly saved me a lot of embarrassment. They are comfortable to wear and don't feel overly bulky. First few times of use I was conscious that I had these on but then after a while it doesn't feel strange or odd. These are advertised as menstrual pants but I would not trust these whilst on my period, I don't believe it would be able to do much unless your period was really really light. I think they are great for those who may be in my situation, but for long term, everyday use, these would be too expensive.

Have made heavy period days far less stressful.
I’ve struggled before with leaks overnight, especially when sleeping on my side where the lower edges don’t always provide enough coverage. The design on these gives proper protection around that area and I haven’t had any night-time leaks since using them. Absorbency is very good overall. They’re soft and sit comfortably on the waist without digging in or leaving marks. They also stay secure even after wearing them for several hours, and they surprisingly don’t feel bulky or awkward under pyjamas or even outdoor clothing (as long as they’re not skin-tight jeggings). They have a subtle scent that I’ve found helps neutralise odour which is a nice plus. They’re expensive, but the peace of mind makes it worthwhile in my opinion. They last well, absorb properly, and let me sleep without worrying or waking up to change clothes and sheets during heavy days. I’d be happy to recommend.

4.5 stsrs
At the time of ordering these incontinence knickers were £7 for a pack of 10 which at 70p per pair of knickers puts them in the same price bracket of well known brands. I'm a UK dress size 16 and found the Large a really comfortable fit and they'd probably fit up to a size 18. They're for lighter incontinent moments or if using combined with a tampon for heavy periods they'll give you really good protection. If your urine incontinence is very heavy these won't give you huge protection. I find them just as comfortable as the well known brands that I use and they fit beautifully around the leg holes, no too tight elastic. Under leggings you wouldn't know I'm wearing incontinence knickers because they're so sleek without any bulk. I don't mind cheaper bulky ones if I'm only at home but when out I don't want to feel like I'm in a nappy I have a long body but find these pants come up to my waist so don't dig in or feel like you're being cut into half via the tummy area. As they're only 5p cheaper per pair of knickers than the brand I often use I probably wouldn't buy but if I saw them cheaper than £7 for 10 I'd definitely stick up with them. I'm giving 4.5 stars, I've knocked half a star off for the price.

comfortable, discreet, and dependable adult pants
The Comfy Life Lady Pants are a reliable and comfortable solution for women needing extra protection for menstrual use, incontinence, or postpartum recovery. They feel soft on the skin and are designed to be worn like normal underwear, which really helps with comfort and confidence. The elastic waistband fits securely without digging in, and the adjustable tapes allow for a customised fit, especially helpful during recovery or for different body shapes. Absorbency is good, offering dependable leak protection while still feeling breathable and not overly bulky. The pants are easy to put on and remove, and the ADL & Tospin lift support makes them practical for assisted care situations as well as independent use. The 4-pack (40 pcs) offers good value and convenience for regular use.
