There is a lot of loose space inside the box when it first arrives. The jars are about the size of a roll of quarters. Make sure to look in the box for lids before you just drop a tube into your pocket. The lids do not stay on very well as the jar is still really easy to open despite the locking mechanism. The lozenges are flavorful. The first impression you get is the strong scent and flavor of artificial cherry flavoring. It is pleasant to eat. There is a slight sting that you would get from nicotine gum. Initially, the lozenges are a bit too large to fit easily behind your lips so you will move it around a lot. The sting is mild so moving it around isn't a bad thing. They are very long lasting. One lozenge will takes a good 20 minutes or so to dissolve. But of course, the most important thing is that it really helps take your mind off of smoking. Super convenient to have at work, classrooms, car rides, or flights. Even if you are not using this to quit smoking, they are great to have.

My first impression of the taste was tutti fruity but there is a light cherry flavor. As they dissolve I feel a tingling in my mouth and in my throat as they dissolve and the nicotine enters my system. These Lozenges are great for quitting smoking and it's important to follow the instructions for using for 3 months. I am reviewing this item based on my initial use of the product. I was unable to continue using the lozenges so I can’t attest to the quality of the item other than the quantity I received and the taste. I’ll begin with the quantity. You will receive 7 bottles of lozenges containing 24 lozenges each. The bottles are compact and will easily fit into any purse or small bag. You could even fit a bottle in your pants pocket easily. Each bottle is sealed under a child resistant cap. Now on to the taste….I was expecting a cherry flavor lozenge as they are described as such and smell they amazing. However, once the lozenge was in my mouth for about a minute I started to notice a burning sensation in my mouth. After another minute or so my tongue was burning so bad I had to spit the lozenge out. It took a good hour to get the taste out of my mouth. The aftertaste was so bad my stomach felt sick and nauseous. I will not be trying these again.

Gum is more satisfying but offered this and gave it a try. It has the nicotine ingredient needed. I am not a huge fan of the cherry flavor and it says not aftertaste but I taste it a bit. It does dissolve well without needing to suck on it. It says to put between cheek and gum and it works well. Nicotine is boing used for many different things and I cannot attest to the efficacy of smoking cessation as I am not a smoker nor ever have been. This is a good value for the price as these are very expensive. They come in separate tubes which can be nice for travel
