Like dust buried in the corners of time, all the memories of our past are stored in our brain when we do not let them out, or when we do not clean the areas at home. This is how the mind works in my opinion because everything that in past times stopped us from thinking 2 to 3 times if we were doing this or that for the various reasons that we face in our growth is that they begin to crowd up in our minds and produce doubts, disorders. , etc., ranging from the mild to the most harmful. That is why we must take action in this regard and this book gives us a clear guide on how to deal with each and every one of our doubts through notes, schedules, patterns of ups and downs and positive results to respond in a more agile, prompt and effective way to the problems. challenges of this increasingly complicated daily world. But well prepared and maintaining a healthy balance between mentality, nutrition, work, activities, prayers, relationships, gratitude, faith, humility, resilience, discipline, etc., in short, active daily work we can fight against the silent enemy in the mind that does not help us. It allows mental agility and effective promptness, healthy and with results. I congratulate the author of this wonderful work for making it clear to us that we should not overthink things, on the contrary, giving them agility will result in better mental and physical health.

This workbook has some really useful advice to stop overthinking. I like the workbook format but it doesn't really work on Kindle. My only issues are that it could have used an editor, and the language felt like it had been translated from another language. Overall the content is good, just a little hard to wade through.

Overthinking can be a detriment to movement. It has gotten in my way. Fortunately there are many tools and tricks that can help get us unstuck from our own thoughts. In this combination of two workbooks, author Kayle James develops worksheets, illustrations, and lots of practical advice and information to help us break free. This is one of the better workbooks that has managed to bring together a number of ideas and exercises from the field of cognitive therapy and research that are clear and well developed. The worksheets themselves are worth the investment but the information and guidance helps it work. Good job!
