Great for checking blood pressure and heart rate
I got this for a christmas present and had to see it and set it up beforehand, mainly as the recipient has history of blood pressure issues. So far it is working fine, the setup took a couple of tries on phone but worked fine also now, and i set it up to vibrate on my wrist when i get a call or email or text which works perfectly. I also like the alarm feature that vibrates in the morning which is wierd feeling (on your wrist also!).To change any of the settings, press the button on the bottom then hold it to go to the options screen. Any issues you can reset it by holding the button to go to the 'more' screen and again cycle to 'restore' to reset it, also you can turn it off in the options. the charger is a simple usb 2 pin pronged holder that you need so look after it as these arent as easy to replace as a normal cable found in the shops.so far my heart rate and blood pressure are OK!

Good watch. Worth every penny
I bought the watch and it fits perfectly fine and I am loving it. It has a sleek design and comes with an extra wrist band too.I do swimming wearing this and it works fine. Full waterproof and shows all data correctly. The app is very good and keeps track of my daily activity. It is worth every penny.

Looks nice but is just inaccurate
Had it for a month now and whilst the tracker has a nice look to it that's about the only good thing I can say!The steps are not very accurate and will record anywhere between 50 and 120 steps per 100 actual staps taken. The Heart rate for me shows 65 - 70 which is about normal for me, if I exercise at the gym the bike/jogging machine show my heart rate at 85 - 90 but the tracker has hardly moved ~70. If I do a HIT and put my heart rate to 150 the tracker shows 95 - 100.The Strap is a hole and pin type of fastening. Its useless and comes apart half a dozen times a day.The strap is weak and has split open where the pin goes through it.The charger has two small pins on a type of clip arrangement. Its a fiddle to get a good connection and dirt/sweat collects in the charging ports adding to the issues of getting it to actually charge. The Clip goes across the face of the tracker so you cant see if its charging, or when it is full without taking it off! Badly designed basically!

Not accurate.
Bought this particularly for the swimming tracker but it does not work. Does not remain on and keeps changing activity. Sleep tracker not accurate at all for length of time in bed. Very disappointing. Ok as a watch but not why I bought it.

So far so good
At the moment, face value this tracker does exactly as it states. It arrived on time and packaged well. Easy to charge and comfortable to wear. Make sure that you download flagfit2.0 otherwise you'll have difficulty paring with your phone. The instructions have been translated into English and are a bit confusing at times but you'll get there in the end. The blood pressure monitor is quite accurate, which surprised me. Now it's time to test everything else.

OK
Was easy to pair with my Oneplus 6 Android phone and it's working the same with my partners iPhone too. I needed to download an application to be able to use all the features like call notification, message, email and any other notifications or to save the heart rate or step counter and burned calorie statistics. There is a QR code on the side of the box just scan it and will automatically download it.all in one this fitness tracker is cheap, accurate, good battery life, well designed outlook.

Is great for a swim
Firstly the best thing about the product is the fact it is waterproof, I can go for a swim without worrying the product will get damaged. The heart rate monitor is also useful as I can measure my heart rate before and after workouts and while I'm going for a run it measures the distance I've travelled and calories burned. However the watch can get uncomfortable at times and does look a bit cheap, I think that there should be a spare band that can be put on the device.Overall a very useful device and does help out with my workouts a lot.

Rubbish. Gimmicky
A load of rubbish. The pedometer did not work. There are very limited sports to set and how many people play ping pong? There is no feature to add food into the app so thus you would only know what calories your expending - if the pedometer worked. It did sync with my Samsung s7 edge with texts and calls - but I predominantly wanted it to track my fitness and without being able to count steps, give me a range of useful sport modes and allow me to track food it was not much good as a fitness tracker. I suppose you get what you pay for but I will just save ,£30 towards something more expensive instead.
