Magnetism and Metallurgy of Soft Magnetic Materials (Dover Books on Physics) eBook : Chen, Chih-Wen: desertcart.co.uk: Kindle Store Review: Very good reference book, the content was exactly what I was looking for. The focus of the book is primarily on iron-group alloys. There is significant discussion on atomic theory and the relation to magnetic properties but there is still a considerable amount of attention to actual applications, which is what I believe Chen was hoping to accomplish. I bought this book used with red pen markings in it (why underline indiscriminately, seriously...) at $25.65 with shipping. There is a suggested retail price sticker left on the book for $16.95. I'm seeing some other sellers going as high as $60+. What a shame. The margin is not as valuable as the knowledge but that's the world we got. Review: Good condition.
