In a noisy environment, callers can't hear you well and with a single earbud you may not hear them well. Isn't that the whole point in buying a "PRO Series Noise Reduction Headset"?

I have been using this headset for about eight years, primarily because of the wearability, sound quality in both transmit and receive an dthe long standby?talk time. The first several units would be on twelve hours a day and would only need to recharge every seven - ten days. But the last few years I've noticed a definite slip in the qualitycontrol: of the four units I just bought, and the one I've opened has QC issues such as noise in the earpiece, problems charging and reduced standby/talk time and the unit will shut itself off w/o warning. Would love to be able to recommend this item because when it works it is fabulous. Product quality needs to improve dramatically before I could.

Wouldn't charge, and upon inspection I thought it was "flimsy and finicky", so I returned it and bought the  TaoTronics® TT-BH01 Black Rechargeable Wireless Over-the-head Bluetooth Headset with Microphone, Featuring Noise Reduction / Multi-Point / 8 Hours Talk Time / Sony PS3 Supported  instead, which is completely excellent. I know things can be DOA, but the construction did not give me a warm and fuzzy feeling.

In my opinion this is the best bluetooth headset on the market. It has 20 hours of talk time and 7 days of standby. I use this headset when I am on the road on my bike and the people I have talked to tell me there is NO background or wind noise when I am at highway speeds(65-70 mph).I have not heard of another bluetooth with these capabilities.

I recently purchased this headset for a noisy environment. The manufacturer recommends replacing the ear pieces at a minimum of 3 months to revent ear infections (very important, probably should be done much more frequently). However, the unit only comes with two replacements, and the manufacturer does not offer replacement ear pieces. This makes the effective life of the product a maximim of 9 months. Also, the product only comes with a 12 volt car type charger, not one that can be used at home (120 volt). The manufacturer does not offer a 120 volt cahrger for this unit. If you want to charge it, you have to send someone out to drive around for two hours!

RECENTLY PURCHASED TWO OF THE HEADSETS FOR A TOTAL OF 4. THE FIRST TWO STOPPED WORKING AND THE SECOND TWO NEVER WORKED RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX! AS FAR AS DUROSONIC'S CUSTOMER SERVICE IS CONCERNED IT IS (NONEXISTENT) !!! THE BEHIND THE HEAD CONCEPT IS GOOD FOR ME BECAUSE I WEAR HATS, BUT IF THE PRODUCT DOESN'T WORK THEN THE CONCEPT DOESN'T REALLY MATTER NOW DOES IT!!!

Works very good. Have owned this same headset for 4 years, it just wore out on me and needed replaced
