Light texture and terrific taste
I ordered this box a few weeks ago, and liked them so much I ordered the Peanut Butter one as well just a day or so ago and they arrived today. Having tried both (so far) the DAVID bars are by far THE BEST TASTING protein bars I have ever eaten - they are light, a bit crunchy, there is no cardboard feel or over chewy denseness and they are only 150 calories - they are really great!

Poor texture
I do not like the texture. Sort of a chewy marshmallowy. Kind of like those peach colored marshmallow peanuts. The flavor was fine, but the texture isn’t for me.

I have tried many bars but these are delicious and in a texture that I can eat… not dry
Good wholesome Ingredients that taste awesome only 150 calories per bar and packed with 28 grams of protein. They are delicious… I use them when I can’t get a meal right away and the take care of that hunger, all the while by the texture, making you think ,IM EATING A CANDY BAR !!! did I mention they are delicious. I love these bars and they come in different flavors all just as awesome. Will buy more… oops I already did

Disappointing flavor and unappealing texture
Unsatisfying taste and unpleasant texture leave me wishing I did not have a whole carton of these. After taking a bite, there is a hint of very mild cacao flavor; as you chew that for 30-45 seconds there is no flavor to enjoy, like chewing on yesterday’s gum. A thin crispy outer layer gives way to a very thick chewy inner layer, with mysterious flecks of flat crisps that remind me of chewing on uncooked rice paper or make me wonder if a handful of toenails is in my mouth. There are plenty of better options of bars and shakes with similar nutritional content.

Texture is like a marshmallow and overall flavor and texture is great for a bar that has gigh protein low calories and good fiber

Hated the Taste
Gave these a try. Taste was awful. I would return but unable to do so. Will keep in case of nuclear disaster. Tasted like a really bad Three Musketeers Bar. Sugar and protein counts are great though.
