I have a small laundry room and no place to hang items as they come out of the dryer. Discovered this little item and I am loving it. Talk about space saving! I totally folds into itself when not in use. It is heavy duty and can hold quite a large number of items. Was very easy to assemble and install.

It’s ok. I hung up a lot of clothes on it and it seemed like it was going to bend in the middle but it didn’t. I don’t know if I trust it so much with a lot of clothes but it is good to hang sporadically on it.

I wasn’t quite sure how well this drying rack would work, but I have been in dire need of more space for air drying clothes, so I decided to give it a try. Installation was relatively straightforward by following the enclosed instructions, but it isn’t a super quick job. It took me a little over an hour to get it properly installed. I did substitute some more serious anchors for the ones included because our drywall seems to be extra flimsy, and even though I was placing this in the studs, I just prefer to feel certain that it won’t rip out of the wall. So I used metal anchors and the screws that came with them, and the rack is doing a great job and staying firmly in place even with around 10 heavy sweaters and sweatshirts hanging on it to dry. I prefer to air dry my t-shirts and sweatshirts with printed designs on them so that the designs last longer, particularly for concert merchandise, and this has added the extra space I needed to do so in a reasonable amount of time and without taking over our bathroom for a day or more. I’m really pleased with this foldaway drying rack and would recommend it.

The template makes this very easy to install. I used my own screws as I was installing this on an all wood surface. This is so discrete when it's closed. It takes up minimal space. I've only hung clothes in hangers on these. I've put belts and such on the rods themselves. It works great. It rattles a little when you are hanging stuff on it but it has held up beautifully. The only thing I don't like is the loud sound it makes when you are opening and closing it. I'm saving the template in case I want to move its location.

The materials feel sturdy and well‑built, and the paint finish looks clean and even. It squeaks a little when opening and closing, but the movement is still manageable. The side covers open smoothly, and the drying rack section doesn’t open as softly, though it doesn’t get stuck or feel difficult to operate. Installation was quick. It does require a drill, but the process is straightforward. My husband installed it easily without needing much from the instructions, and the design itself is intuitive. It has multiple mounting holes, which gives you flexibility to install it in different ways. Once mounted, it sits firmly on the wall and feels solid. It doesn’t bend or move when hanging clothes, and it can hold several items at once. I tested it with a jacket on a hanger, a face towel, a pajama set, and a skirt — and it still had room for about three to five more garments. The spacing between the rods is generous (2" 5/8 between each one), which allows clothes to dry properly as long as they’re not too bulky. The rods can also be adjusted to different distances from each other, which is very practical when hanging slightly bulkier items — even if that reduces the total number of garments you can fit. I haven’t noticed any flexing so far, but the heaviest item I’ve hung is a jacket, which is still a good reference. This clothesline is ideal for regular laundry loads or towels, but not for something very large or bulky like a comforter or a wide bedsheet. I have it installed in a small laundry room, and it’s perfect for compact spaces. If the area is extremely tight, it may get in the way when folded out — but that’s expected with any item that occupies physical space in a very small room. Installing it a bit higher helps minimize obstruction, so height placement makes a noticeable difference. When closed, the clothesline measures approximately 31 1/2" long by 4 1/8" wide, and when folded out it measures about 16". It looks nice and discreet on the wall, and I love that it folds away — it doesn’t take up space or draw attention when not in use. It looks high‑quality, works well, and is very useful for everyday laundry needs. I highly recommend it if you want a compact, sturdy, and practical solution for hanging clothes without taking up permanent space.
