This aluminum step ladder is very light and easy to move, even for someone smaller. The third step sits at about 22.5 inches, which is just right for changing light bulbs, grabbing items from high shelves, or doing simple ceiling‑level tasks indoors. The build feels solid and secure; I’m around 230 lbs and it doesn’t wobble or flex when I stand on it. The wide steps and overall construction make it a practical, reliable choice for everyday household chores.

I ordered this to replace a step ladder my wife got from an older lady she used to care for. The lady said she could have it as long as she promised not to stand on the top step because it was so wobbly that she was afraid she would fall. I never made that promise so I used the top step a few times, but I completely understand where the lady was coming from. It was totally unsafe. This one on the other hand feels much more secure. There is almost no side to side wobble and the feet sit evenly on the ground with the rubber, non-slip footings. This ladder is slightly smaller than the other one so we lost about two inches of reach, but for normal use, it does what we would like it to do. It it very lightweight and folds flat so we can easily store it between the fridge and the wall. I took one star off because the steps are a little more narrow than I would have liked. The top one gives you a little more space, and even with the first two being a little shorter, it is still more comfortable than standing on a regular ladder. I have not tested the 600 pound weight limit, but I do have questions about if it could actually support it. I believe the frame is strong enough, but I'm about 225 and can feel a little deflection on the steps themselves when I stand on it. Perhaps it's nothing, but I'm not sure I would trust it with twice my weight. For normal use though, I have no problem recommending it.

This is a great little ladder for use around the home. The ladder is very sturdy when fully open and securely locks out. It folds back up easily and hangs without falling open. The steps are sturdy, although the spacing is a little close for my liking. No bending or movement when moving up and down. The tool tray is also very sturdy. Can definitely handle some weight without bending or dumping the contents on the floor. Price seems a little bit high compared to similar name brand step ladders, but I definitely feel the quality of this ladder is in line with the price.

There are so many things I like about this ladder, the first being the color I chose, a nice black with the orange tray. It looks..., well, smart. The construction and workmanship is top notch. A ladder is one of those things you don’t want to skimp on to save money and this ladder is priced appropriately for this quality. When unfolded it is very solid, much more so than other ladders I have used. as I'm getting older I want to be more careful about falling, even it it is from a low height. Another thing I like about it is how flat it folds down, which makes it easier to store against the wall or in a closet. The makers of this ladder have achieved new heights with this product.

I was surprised at just how light this small ladder is, easy to carry with just one hand. What I really like is the tray that allows you to lay any tools, paint or fixtures you need without having to hold them or stick tools in your pockets. The ladder seems sturdy even when I am on the top step. The extended bar allows you to have something to brace your legs against. Its a little expensive at $86 but it will last a long time.

I try to do as much as I can around the house, including maintaining our five-unit apartment building next to our home. One challenge I've always faced is painting interior walls and ceilings. I love to paint the ceiling a bright white, then choose a contrasting color or off-white for the walls. This creates the beautiful illusion of more height, making the room feel larger. To achieve this look, a sharp line between the two colors is essential. Using just a paint roller and brush on an eight-foot ceiling can be tricky from the floor alone. That’s where this step-ladder comes in handy. It gives me that little extra height to reach the 90° angle between the ceiling and wall, allowing me to paint accurately. The ladder is also sturdy enough to support my 200 pounds without any trouble, though I wish the plastic shelf at the top rung felt a bit more durable. Overall, it’s a perfect tool for painting and many other household maintenance tasks.

This ladder is so useful and well made. We haven’t had one at home for a while and it was previously a bit scary to try to balance while standing on a chair. I love that this was ready to use, already fully assembled once out of the box. It’s so easy to open and close. I plan on using this for cleaning and organizing the upper level of my work area that’s hard to reach

Very well-built and secure step ladder. It folds down to be very thin and easily stored. It's lighter than the previous 2-step step ladder I was using. I'm very happy with this upgrade and would purchase again.
