Great product for a great price . Works fast and is not loud. Perfect for countertops. The cubes are small and came with a scoop. Definitely recommend.

I’ve had this for a week now and I absolutely love it! It makes ice very fast, it doesn’t leak from its drain seal, the taste of the ice will depend on the water you use, I’d suggest something filtered, snd this ice maker is pretty big but it fits nicely on my counter top!

I grabbed this for my daughter for her birthday. It is absolutely perfect and makes the cutest ice cubes. Easy to use! Works great! The ice is crunchy & but not like a rock. I love the self cleaning feature too! The pink is adorable!

This ice machine works pretty well. It makes ice very quickly and has two size options. It is easy to use and efficient. My only complaint is that I seem to have to reset it every couple of days because it stops making ice even though the basket is empty and the water level is sufficient. Otherwise, a really great product.

I bought this for my classroom because it was inexpensive and prettier than the black one I previously had (which I brought home to use there). It works better than the first one. Be patient. When I first used it, the ice was very melty and soft. I think it just takes a while to get going. Like with all rapid ice makers, the ice is not going to last as long as the stuff that takes hours to freeze in the freezer, but after letting it run for a bit, I’m very happy with the ice quality.

This little things makes ice. A whole lot of ice and quickly. The thermostat and ice maker in our fridge went out and it's going to be a couple hundred to fix it. So, I bought the cheapest ice maker on Amazon just to keep us from having to buy big bulky bags of ice. I have been taking the excess ice and putting it in Ziploc bags and putting it in the fridge so we have a supply. This is common so don't fault this product. The ice melts at the bottom of you leave it in t the machine. That's totally normal tho and I've had expensive ice makers do the same. I had a GE profile nugget and it did that and it's $600. So, for $30 this is exactly what we needed. If you set it to small and get the melted pieces it's the best texture ice you will ever have for all the fellow ice chewers out there. I have also been using bottled waters. It takes 3 bottled waters a day.

Got this for my boyfriend for his birthday and it was a great budget ice maker for him. It is super small which is great for a small fraternity room. I will say they are not totally silent and make a quiet fan noise when running. Sometimes they are loud but whe they get louder it just means they are running low on water. I would say you should probably take the ice out as the machine itself does not keep them cold. It allegedly self cleans but they do grow mold which the self cleaning cant conquer on its own. It is pretty efficient and makes ice quick. The only thing is ours might be defective as the green light never turns off.
