It does help my posture, but after a bit the part of the strap that goes over my arm/shoulder in the front really starts to dig in. It was easy to put on and take off.

You'll need to take this review with a grain of salt. Specifically, I cannot tell you if this posture corrector works at correcting one's posture because it takes time for the correction to occur (it's not an overnight fix). What I can tell you based upon my initial use is 1) When I ordered the item, I was initially planning to get a Large (my typical size). However, I ended up ordering the XL. That was a smart move because it's interesting putting this on. Having the XL gives you some slack to work with. 2) As noted, it's a little bit of a challenge to put this device on. The velcro straps (on each side) go through a "loop" in the back. When you attempt to put the device on, you could end up causing the strap to come through the loop. I sort of wish that the straps were pre-inserted in the loops with stoppers so that the straps wouldn't come through the loops. 3) Once you have the device (tightly) on, you will notice a difference in your posture (your shoulders end up being shifted back). Please note that the instructions indicate how long you should wear the device each day (you don't wear it all day long). Overall, I think this device has potential. I plan to keep using it and hope that it works out for me in the long run. Item is worth considering.

This posture corrector is well made. The straps are easy to adjust for a good fit. There’s no excuse to not wear it because it’s comfortable and provides good support to keep you aligned. It took about a week to get used to it. I started with a half hour and increased the timeframe for wearing it. I feel taller already! Kidding, of course.

This is a comfortable, easy to wear, posture corrector. It is black and arrives with several spots to attach, making it more well-fitted. It is a nice prompt for remembering to stand straighter, possibly improving posture and reducing back pain. It can be worn over or under clothing, but I recommend wearing at least a thin t-shirt underneath to reduce friction.The manufacturer could improve their label game. It includes the name of the product, intended use, and instructions. As a Class I Medical Device, this would also ideally include manufacturer (or packer or distributor) details. Since I did not see a UPC code, it should have a Unique Device Identifier (UDI) to aid in tracking and recalls. This code is composed of a device identifier, which identifies the model, and a production identifier, which provides variable information like the lot or serial number. It should also include warnings and contraindications. It does specify to talk to one's doctor, a good general direction.

This posture corrector only provides mild support. It pulls my shoulders back a bit, but that is about it. Overall, I think this in addition to posture exercises and stretching would help most.I will say it is easy to put on. Essentially keep the arm loops loose and put it on like you would a backpack…then tighten the straps. It is fairly comfortable to wear. It is not too bulky and can fit under a cardigan or blazer discretely.Effectiveness is hard to judge as I’m sure correcting posture takes a long time. I do wish there was a bit more support to this. But I do find it is a good tool in addition to strengthening and stretching muscles as mentioned above.
