Noticeable difference.
These panels are very easy to apply and make a noticeable difference in the sound getting to or out of my home office.

Not soundproof at all
These panels look nice in the photos, but they do not work as soundproof or acoustic panels. They are extremely thin and lightweight, and I noticed almost no difference in echo or noise after installing them. The description makes it sound like they are high-density and effective for sound treatment, but in reality they feel more like decorative wall stickers. The self-adhesive backing is also weak and started peeling off after a short time, so I had to use extra tape to keep them on the wall. If you’re buying this for actual sound control (recording, office, or noise reduction), don’t waste your money. This is basically just wall decor, not real acoustic panels.

Helps with echo but not full soundproofing
I used these in a room where I had a lot of echo, and they definitely helped tone that down. The sound feels a little more controlled now, especially when talking or playing music, but they’re not going to completely block noise — more for reducing echo than true “soundproofing.” They’re lightweight and easy to put up. The adhesive backing actually sticks pretty well, which I was surprised about. I didn’t have to mess with extra tape or anything. The panels themselves look decent on the wall. Simple design, nothing fancy, but they don’t look bad either. I just spaced them out where I needed them most. Only thing is, you’ll probably need more than one pack if you’re trying to cover a bigger area or really improve sound. Two panels alone won’t make a huge difference. Overall, good for improving sound quality in a room, just don’t expect total noise blocking.

Attractive and adds to the quiet of your home
I have used acoustic panels of all shapes and sizes for more than a studio. Some rooms have an echo or 'slap back' that I find annoying. I've also lived in apartments and I unfortunately can hear everything. Acoustic panels helps with those issues providing they're good ones. Since I rent I use a removeable source to mount but not their adhesive backing. So I can't say how sticky they are. You always should clean the surface with rubbing alcohol for ideal stickiness. Using what I do, I have not had an issue with them falling off the walls. It doesn't impede their ability to absorb sound either. Learning what is the optimal placement to reduce my noise as well as that of neighbors I apply at least 3 together and place at various heights on the walls. The thickness of these is optimal for home use and with proper placement they do an excellent job of lowering the noise in a room from either yourself or your neighbors. They're attractive in that you can create patterns with them or use them uniformly to make like paneling. Of all the ones I've tried in the past, these are among the top ones that I would keep. They are well made and add a nice aesthetic without being overbearing. As for value, it's consistent with the pricing of other acoustic panels however, they are better than many I have purchased in the past. I'd say they're more than worth the money.

Poor Quality and Not Effective
Very disappointed with these panels. The material feels cheap and thin, and they don’t stick well to the wall, even with the adhesive backing. I didn’t notice any real improvement in soundproofing or echo reduction. Also, the color looks different from the pictures. Definitely not worth the price

Clean look and noticeable echo reduction for the price
I grabbed these black panels mostly to tame the echo in my office, which has pretty bare walls and a lot of hard surfaces. For the money, they actually deliver. The panels have a nice density to them; they don't feel like the cheap foam you sometimes see. At .47 inches thick, they aren't going to trap heavy bass or act like professional studio treatment, but for knocking down that hollow, annoying slap echo during phone calls or while listening to music, they do the job well . The self adhesive backing made installation straightforward, though I will say you need to be intentional about placement. Once they are on the wall, they are on there. I made sure the wall was really clean before sticking them, and so far they have held up without any issues. The black color is a solid matte finish, which blends in nicely and looks a lot more intentional than I expected. It gives the room a bit of a modern, semi treated look without screaming "recording studio." Just keep expectations realistic. These are for cleaning up the sound inside a room, not for blocking noise from the next room over . If you have loud neighbors or traffic noise, this won't fix that. But if you just want your home office or living room to sound less like a bathroom, these are a solid, budget friendly option.
