Love it! I am currently doing physical therapy, and I teach yoga. This timer works exactly as described is perfect for those stretches that have to be held 10, 20, 30 or 60 seconds. I used to use my smartphone, but I hated having to power the phone back on to turn off the alarm and then reset it. Now I just tip the block over. My only complaint is that I wish the end beeping would stop as soon as you tip the block to zero.
