Step Down Transformer - 200 Watts Power Step Down 220V to 110V Voltage Converter Automatic Transformer International Travel Converter Adapter for Laptops, Cameras, Phones, iPads etc

This is the second time that I have purchased this transformer for use in Europe. These units are small and not too heavy, but they really do the job. Just plug the unit in, and you will be ready to use USA devices. Note: There is only one USA plug in this unit, so we carry a small (non-fused) extension strip - so long as you observe the total wattage limits, you can plug in several items. We recharge our laptops and cell phones simultaneously with no issues.

I wired this transformer to my 220 V bandsaw and used the 120 volt transformer output to power LED lights for illuminating the table of the bandsaw. Now I don't have to run a second, 120 V, extension cord to my bandsaw. The 220 V extension cord powers everything.

I use it for battery charging and it works just fine and does not heat up.

Good for travel outside the US. Little heavy, but transformers usually are.

I live overseas and needed a small voltage transformer for small appliances that will not bump up my monthly electric bills. This little transformer is perfect for my small crockpot, coffee grinder, and even a sewing light I have. Very pleased with it.
