Hot water button sticks
This is a replacement for the first one -- they both have the same issue. The hot water button doesn't slide shut; instead you have to turn it off, then on then off so the water doesn't leak. Someone in our office got some hot water for their tea. When our cleaning crew came to the office 2 hours after closing, there was a flood in the kitchen, water all over the counter.I noticed newer models don't have this slide.

disappointed
After a bit over a year of use, it tripped off the circuit breaker every time I plugged it in. I have tried different outlets and the same thing happened. I would expect a longer life for a $500 product.
