Great combo!Durable!This goes well on just about anything and everything you slow cook.It does bring a smoky flavor but be judicious.It can overpower a dish too.Great packaging.

A BBQ basic in preparation marinades and basting. Assortment of flavored smoke allows flexible decisions and choice when deal with fish. Almost any smoke flavor choice make 'turkey jerky' marinade a hit. pecan is truly a rare find.

Love the product and excited to try the different flavors. I did have one bottle delivered as a leaker but it was a very minimal leak. I still don’t expect that to happen.

I like having different BBQ flavor options when cooking, especially as I have been using smoked salts, which limit how much to use or can make salty ingredients way too salty. One thing to watch out for, however, is that some caps don't seal completely and when you shake them before using, you can get drops on you. The package came fine, no leaks. I labelled the one that leaks when shaking to avoid future issues. The flavoring doesn't seem all that strong at first, but is does permeate the food as it blends in, so it is possible to add too much. Taste as you go.

The product description stated it was a 4 ounce package. I was pleasantly surprised that each of the 4 bottles is 4 Oz. Now it's a great deal!!!

Marinades for meat, primarily beef and ground round for bergers.

Use sparingly because it will overwhelm a recipe. But, it works well. I use it along with teriyaki to marinate beef slices prior to dehydrating them in my old Ronco food dehydrator to make great beef jerky.
