Royal Canin is Great
I bought this for my cat that needed to lose some weight. She has a heart condition and it needed to come off. Not only did she lose weight, her energy increased and she was almost 'kitten like' without the added weight. It is a little pricey, but it does the job and Royal Canin is the best food I've ever found.

Too expensive for size
This was an RX item that was supposed too satiate my cats appetite in order to help him lose weight. With shipping, it cost almost $100 for 2 12 oz bags (total of 24 ounces) less than 2 pounds! Not only was it ridiculously expensive, but it did not curb his appetite. Chewy has MUCH better prices & an extremely similar food (if not exact) for way less.

A diet food that works!
We have a tabby that was becoming quite Gardfield-esque in stature. We put her on a diet with smaller portions, but you could tell she was miserable and very hungry, whining for food. This Royal Canine food in not cheap, by any measure, but it does work. We can still give our tabby an almost regular portion of food, keeping her happy, while she is visibly shedding pounds.

They love it!
Thank goodness my 2 cats like it. It was recommended by the vet for our very overweight Callie. At first, I mixed it equally with the regular Iams we fed them . Now after 2 weeks, they only eat the "new" food and love it. Gosh it's got to be better for them . It has less than half the fat the other food has!!😺😻😺

Tiny bag for way too much $$.
Don't order this product. What you will get is the smallest bag of cat food you've ever seen. Its the sample size that most vets give away for free, probably no more than 2-3 servings. This vendor charging $42 for this is outrageous and frankly deceptive & dishonest. Also, no free returns, so we had to pay $15 to send this back and get a refund. Terrible.

Quality Product.
Siamese formula and the cats love it. Our kittery lady says to add a little Royal Canin Maine Coon pellets to their food for its crunchy taste. They love it too!

Seller contradicts themselves with regards to size of bag (IMO)
1/6/2022 Why does this "ad" keep referring to the amount being sold as "12 ounces" when the photos of the BAG list it as being 7+ lbs! Which it it? Are we buying the standard 7+ bag or ... a tiny 12 ounces for almost $50 bucks? SELLERS: Please be CONCISE in your ads. Contradictory or confusing descriptions causes loss of buyers. Thank you in advance if you answer my question.

They show the picture of a 7.7lb bag, then you get a 12 0z sample size.
Lesson in reading the fine print! I buy a 7.7 lb bag for $47.49 or 18 lb bag for $88 on my vet's site. However, they are backordered. So I searched online and this listing came up. I assumed based on the picture of the 7.7 bag I know and am familiar with that comes with the listing that that is what I was getting. However for $48.99 they charged plus shipping it is a mear 12 oz. They need to change the picture. There are also no returns so buyer beware. I feel ripped off. They need to change the picture as it is extremely misleading. I would NEVER have paid $63.45 with shipping for such a tiny sample bag of food.. basically the size of a treat bag and I have 4 cats. I usually have 4 to 5 months of food. This bag won't even last anywhere near a week.!
