Comfortable, just the right height

A very cute versatile shoe, but I would be surprised if it lasts longer than one season. I’m perfectly OK with that, but it’s not a wardrobe staple in my opinion.

I got these in a size 8.5, which is my usual size, and the fit was accurate. The footbed is genuinely comfortable and the wedge height is easy to walk in. They're very cute, the ideal "nude" shoe, I really wanted to like them! The strap is where they fall apart for me, unfortunately. Clear plastic straps need to grip firmly to keep a mule on, and these do, but the result is immediate discomfort where the strap digs into the top of the foot. I could tell right away these would cause blisters with any real wear. The toe area is similarly squeezed, which again is structurally necessary, but it causes the skin to go white under the strap and red at the exposed toe, which is not a flattering look in an open sandal. I wanted to love these but I can't see myself reaching for them.

My heel doesn’t hang off the back and there isn’t extra space, it just sits right. They’re very comfortable to wear. I can see them working well with cropped pants, dresses, or shorts, especially in warmer weather. Overall, I’m very happy with them. They’re comfortable, fit well, and look really nice on.
