Very natural

Well presented, well-made, reasonable quality, 16-inch, hair topper. She is still somewhat new to all things involving extra hair, but was keen to try this topper, which she initially felt was more a small wig. The topper arrived wrapped in an oversize net, inside a sturdy cardboard box. Also included were some very helpful instructions. Placing the topper took much patience, perseverance, and some hair loss. The clips, especially the rear three, have a tendency to hold on at all costs, which can, and does, result in some hair loss and broken hair, which she hopes, will improve over time. When in the right place, it looks ok, and the colour match is quite close. The base of the topper is breathable, and mostly comfortable – once you have negotiated the clips, and not have them excessively tight, the hair is of reasonable quality, but she finds it difficult to manage, arrange, and wash. Overall, she likes the effect, but remains very much on the learning curve, but would recommend to those familiar with toppers, and thinks it probably value for money, albeit at the upper end, given the current price reduction. I think it suits her, but she remains very conscious of the topper, which prevents her from relaxing and enjoying the wearing of it.

My thinning hair was okay colour wise with the topper and I really wanted to wear it for a change of look. However hard I've tried to get it fitted in place it just ends up pulling more of my own hair out. The combs at the front aren't too bad but once the others have been attached the topper will not stay in place, I have been trying without success even with others trying to help. Shame as it feels natural and I love the length.

Straight out of the pretty pink box, I loved this ‘brown with caramel blonde balayage’ hair topper. It came neatly wrapped in a hairnet, along with a handy ‘how to wear’ instruction sheet. Having previously tried, and loved, a ‘dirty blonde’ hair topper a while back, I thought I’d go for a slightly darker one this time. I was very happy to see that apart from the colour, this one was the same fabulous quality; with lots of silky smooth, realistic-looking hair on a breathable lace cap with five snap-hair clips. But it was the colour of this one that did it for me. The dark brown roots blend so seamlessly into the gorgeous brown lengths; it was a tiny bit darker than the description ‘caramel blonde’, but this was a minor detail because - oh boy - is she STUNNING!!!😻 It was fairly easy to put on; the snap-style hair clips do need a bit of jiggling around, but once clipped in position, they stayed comfortable and in place the whole time of wearing. It sits so perfectly on my head too, it’s not too big or bulky, just very natural looking. I didn’t do anything overzealous whilst wearing it; I’m not quite confident enough yet, but for the school run and popping to the shops - I am overjoyed with it, and the confidence boost it has given me is invaluable. Initially, I did worry that being synthetic hair, it would look very shiny and obviously artificial, but the quality has blown me away - it looks, feels, and moves like real hair. So, if like me, your natural hair has thinned due to illness, menopause, or just gradually over the years, and it needs a bit of help in the way of some extra volume, then I really would recommend trying one of the fabulous hair toppers.

Pros All round good quality synthetic topper, full of hair - it's one of the thickest and fullest I've come across. The hair looks very natural and feels soft, and doesn't tangle up at all. The waves have a nice bounce to them. I found that the highlighting and colouring on the topper to be excellent, looks really modern and natural. There's no need to bleach or conceal up the root knots as they cannot be seen. Measures 17 inches from parting to the hair tips so a nice versatile length. The hair is securely attached to lace, hardly any shedding at all, and there are 5 metal hair grips to help keep it in place securely. I found the topper easy to put on and comfortable to wear. Cons My topper was slightly lopsided in that one side had a bit more hair than the other. I think this was a manufacturing error as I've had toppers from this brand before and they've all been perfect, so I think this one was an accident. It's still wearable though. In all I'm happy with this topper and while it's at the top end of what I'd normally pay for synthetic hair toppers, I think the quality of it and how how natural it looks makes it worth the price.

Hair fibre feels soft and natural and not excessively shiny. This topper has a larger base than advertised and more clips so it stays on comfortably all day. Sometimes I forget I'm wearing it! I'd definitely buy this - or another style/colour - again. Great stuff.
