So we had a bit of an adventure getting our 4-seat Home Theater seating from Weilianda, but it was worth the wait. We received only 2 of 4 pieces in our initial shipment. The other two arrived a day later from a different shipping carrier. Amazon was not much help when I was freaking out about an incomplete order. They deferred to the seller (Weilianda). When I tried calling their customer service number, it said they weren’t open, despite my call being during their listed customer service hours. However, a representative called my number back from a missed call. I explained the problem, they took a message and said someone would be in touch. About 8 hours later, I received a pleasant email explaining my other two pieces would be coming separately and a tracking number was provided. They arrived as promised. The set is exactly what we were wanting - comfortable and modern! We are so happy all 4 pieces arrived! The only downside is a slight color variation (see second photo) between the two sets of pieces, but it’s not awful. If you can hold on through some hiccups, these are worth the hassle!

It took me awhile to write my review. Good things come to those that wait. I've had the chairs for 7 months now. So comfortable and very well made. There is nothing I could complain about. Ok, a complaint. They are so comfortable that I rarely get to watch an entire movie all the way through. I'm sound asleep way too quickly. I recently placed a call to customer service with a question about billing from 7 months ago. They responded within 2 hours with a perfectly detailed response. 5 Stars all the way. Will definitely buy from them again.

Great sofa!! Very high quality! Reclining at zero degrees is so comfortable. Those fine adjustments when you want just a little more, or a little less, is very nice. Assembly was very easy. Shipping was a little confusing, we ordered 2, and we got two of the same side, then days we got the rest.

Very comfortable. Only warning is that it’s very heavy. If U need to carry up steps, good luck!

The unit arrived on time. It was fairly easy to set up (just took a little muscle). The only issue for me is the seat is harder than I expected. I’m hoping it will soften up over time.

So I bought a big TV, wife not happy. Bought loud surround sound, wife not happy. Bought these amazing theater seats from Weilanda and now my wife and kids use them every night watching movies together!! Wife is so happy. They are great for everyone with cupholders, tables, usb ports and the recline is perfect for viewing or taking a nap. Just wish I could use them to watch football one day. Would definitely recommend these chairs for their quality, ease of assembly, and how amazing they feel.

Product arrived well packaged and was just as expected. Firm seating but high quality for the price. Customer service related questions were handled promptly and fairly. Would recommend the company and their products.
