Very comfy and got the job done
I bought these disposable underwear to wear for the first week after my laparoscopic hysterectomy. They were super comfy (even with my surgical incisions), easy to put on, and absorbent- I had no issues with leakage. The underwear weren’t too bulky, either, though admittedly I was only wearing loose/baggy clothing during the period that I wore them. I am 5’5”, 165 pounds, and I wear a size 12-14 in pants and the large size was perfect.

Works.
Got these at a great price. 4 packs for around $20 with sub and save plus coupons. They were sufficient. Nothing spectacular they get the job done tho. Please note tho. I have a VVF which is a bladder leak. So perhaps it would be better for others with different conditions.

Post Partum Necessity
Great for post partum. Don't irritate my c-section incision. Very absorbent. A little tight when you first put them on, but they're pretty stretchy and adjust within minutes. Not uncomfortable at all, I usually forget I have it on. Must have for post partum recovery for natural or c-section births.

So comfy!!
They are a little small, I would say. I got a medium and I was about 145 lbs before I delivered (pre pregnancy I was about 115 lbs). The mediums fit perfectly. I feel supported but they are not too tight. The material is also very soft. I’ve been putting other pads in them, so cannot speak to the absorbency but I’m not worried at all about leaking through the sides or anything. I ordered these from my hospital bed in my post delivery delirium and I’m so glad I did. Would recommend for sure.

Not good for first few days with cesarean scar
Not good for first weeks with c-section scar. Wrinkly material irritated my scar a few days after surgery so I have to stop using these and go back pairs made of the same as the hospital provided pairs. It's possible I'll be able to to use them after a couple of weeks of scar healing but not sure if I'll still be needing them by then anyway. Would avoid this type of stretchy material for anyone who has the same type of uncovered incision that is healing.

Skip the Frida
10/10. So much better easier and gave me more confidence when having guests, that I wasn’t gonna leak. I would buy again if I have another baby.

Great for C-Section Recovery (With a Few Fit Tips!)
I’ve purchased these twice now and they have been a reliable staple during my postpartum journey. Here is my honest breakdown: The Pros: • Reliable and C-Section Friendly: As someone recovering from a C-section, I was concerned about incision protection and leakage protection. These provided great coverage and made me feel secure. • Aesthetic: They look like actual panties rather than "medical" gear, which is a nice mental boost during recovery. The Cons/Fit Notes: • Visible Lines: They are a bit bulkier than standard underwear. If you’re wearing thin leggings, they will show through. • Compression Marks: I’m 5’1” and about 145 lbs. I carried most of my pregnancy weight in my stomach, and the Medium size left noticeable indentations on my abdomen while it was still shrinking in the first couple of weeks. If you're between sizes or have a lot of abdominal swelling, I’d recommend sizing up to avoid the elastic digging in. • Texture Issues: Once my C-section glue started to wear off, I noticed the underwear fabric sticking slightly to the skin in the crease of my belly. Thankfully, this phase didn’t last long, but it’s something to watch out for as you heal. Final Verdict: These are excellent for the "early days" of recovery. They offer the peace of mind you need after surgery, though they aren't the most discreet under tight clothing. I would definitely buy them again—just maybe in a size Large for those first two weeks!
