LOVE THIS STUFF
I use this for so many things. It's great in a rub mix, to sprinkle on carmelized onions, to meatloaf and burgers, for making homemade Chex snacks - all without adding any extra liquid to your recipes. I mix about two tablespoons with just enough water (drop by drop) to make a glaze for steaks and chops on the grill. My son-in-law recommends sprinkling a bit of it on buttered popcorn. I haven't tried that yet myself, so...YMMV.Now one caveat: this stuff will harden up like MAD (just like brown sugar does) and then frustrate the you-know-what out of you trying to turn in back into a nice powdered form. I learned my lesson; I now keep it in a jar in the crisper drawer of my fridge, right next to the brown sugar.

So good!!!
It’s nice to have this so I can make my own dried rubs and I put it on things that I don’t want liquid. Very good flavor. I keep this as a staple in my spice cabinet

tastes good
it tasted like what i wanted, but was already clumping so hard by the time i received it, i had to chip away at it to get any to use. i don't want a bunch of anti-caking agents added, but the unexpected difficulty of using this lead to my reduced rating

Powdered Worcestershire Sauce
I love that they have this in powder form. Less bottles in fridge & this will last a long time. I haven't used it yet but am excited to in the near future.

It clumps almost immediately upon opening package.
Purchased this to make up a rub mixture. Flavor is great but cannot keep it in powder form. Almost bent the blade of my food processor trying to get the clumps into sone semblance of a grainy powder. Not sure if this is characteristic of all worcestershire powders.
