Dare say life changing?
Yes, you read it right in my humble opinion this has kind of been a life-changing product that we have been using now for almost a year. I didn’t even know these existed and after growing up around a cement patio with a pool I totally get why this works as, the stone soaks up the water and so you don’t have as much bacteria or mold buildup really not because the stone soaking all the water out of the area where is a rug would keep it all there. My favorite part selfishly outside of the health benefit is that your feet almost instantly become dry they kind of suction to the stone as you come out of the shower and once you experience that you’ll never go back to a bathmat I mean never ever. We’ve used this in hot and cold days and it’s just wonderful. It’s also nice that they provide a slip rubber mat that goes between your floor and the stone. It’s very thin but I’m glad they provided it. I am a heavy person and I’ve had no issues with it feeling like it’s going to break when you do clean it with the sandpaper. Make sure you do it outside in an open area. I don’t think it’s something that you need to clean a lot, but it does look a little better after you clean it . I did notice that in the summer when there’s more humidity in the air the suction and ability to dry water is not quite as bone as in the dryer months of the winter so when you first get it, you may notice the sections really strong because it’s very dry and depending on your climate And two point you may see it kind of taper off not anything but like instead of 100% it may work at 80% on your feet. It still dries everything all the way I just think because there’s more moisture in the air the suction that you feel on your feet And drying them isn’t quite as Paul. Like I said, we’re in the winter now and it’s dry and it works like it’s brand new again and we have not cleaned it in a couple months. At the end of the day this is a product that looks very pleasing , if your person that showers every day, it has multiple people using the shower you’ll never ever wanna go back to another product like a microfiber towel, bathmat or any other type of bathmat again, you won’t be disappointed if you buy this product and I would imagine other products that are similar would work, just as well however, I could be wrong. I haven’t tried any others.

Modern solution to moldy bath mats.
Saw an ad for this on YouTube and decided to try it. We had a bath mat just outside the shower that just never dried and would get gross and moldy. So, we replaced with this. It has a modern feel to it. It soaks up wet footsteps and dries almost instantly. Maybe not as cozy as a carpet, but I don’t miss the mold. It starts to look dirty faster than a dark carpet, so you have to clean it. But it’s easy to clean off - just run it under some water and brush it off. It comes with some sandpaper type thing, but I never have to use that.

Good for outdoor hot tub
Gifted this to son and daughter in law for use by their outdoor hot tub (in an Iowa winter!) They say it's absorbent and non-slip.

Nasty and stain in few months after buying it
I don’t like it at all it constantly looks dirty and nasty, washing it with soap and a brush doesn’t fix the fact that looks stained. I’m really disappointed for the price I paid

Bath stone done well
The bath stone is great and I much prefer it to a traditional bath mat. The size is a bit small, so next time I’d opt for something larger. The pad underneath helps keep the bath stone in place, though it does move slightly. It’s comfortable to stand on, super absorbent, and the color matches our bathroom well.

The Quality is amazing
My girlfriend wanted it for her birthday, she loved it and she loves how her feet won’t get wet when she finishes getting ready after showers. Loved the color and design also! No smell, it’s not soft but that’s okay. The Quality is amazing. The cleaning is easy also! It comes with sand paper and the stone dries quickly.

Highest maintenance bath mat you’ll ever own
Right out of the box, this thing is so sexy and cool. It does exactly what it says regarding quick drying etc. unfortunately it gets so dirty and is really hard to clean. This is in an adult bathroom and we’re not dirty people but just the regular foot traffic in and out of the shower leaves it full of grey dirt marks and whatever other weird dust and debris that’s annoyingly attracted to it gets so stuck. The sandpaper that they give you or a scrub mommy sponge kinda cleans it up but I really can’t be bothered to deep clean my bath mat a couple times a week. I think this will be ~$100 in the trash and replaced for a traditional mat or rug that I can wash

Disappointing
So it does absorb water relatively quick and it feels great. Purchased June 10th and it’s July 9th (been wanting to get to returning but, life) and it doesn’t hold up at all for the price. I purchased the “stone” color and the durability/washability to maintain is not a thing. I have washed and used the piece of scraper that came with the stone & it looks horrible, honestly made it worse. It’s a $90 bathSTONE. I splurged only because of the look and the assumption that it’ll lasts but this color “stone” STAY AWAY. I wish I would’ve gone with something darker to be honest. Overall good product, kids are stable/ don’t slip, absorbs water, and the style but the color especially with the expected lasting of product makes it unbearable to even look at.. very disappointing

Workshop well; immediately dries and no hairs can get stuck. Easy to keep clean so far.

I read a LOT of reviews before buying this one. I was concerned, with other (less expensive) products, about off-gassing and cracking. I am now so glad I bought this one, which I believe is the original brand for this type of product. It has had zero issues along those lines. I’ve had it almost a year and I love it! It quickly soaks up the water when I exit the shower. I shower after my spouse and within 10-15 minutes after their use it’s completely dry again — no more wet bath mats!! No more picking up a wet bath mat to hang it to dry! No more need to wash the bath mat. I’m also someone who hates having wet feet on the bathroom floor and this mat dries them better than any other mat. I had one gross incident where my puppy pooped on it. I checked the web site about how to clean it — they give instructions but not for this specific case. ChatGPT helped me with a full and materials-safe cleaning and disinfection protocol that went the extra mile just so I would feel it was 100% clean and sanitized. I would suggest being very careful about how you approach such scenarios as it is a kind of material you don’t want to ruin with the wrong cleaning method. We have sanded it lightly once and it buffed right up. One of us is 240 lbs and it holds that weight fine (although we both step carefully onto it, no stomping). I really recommend spending the money for this product, which is the real thing. I think anything that has reports of off-gassing or breakage is not made from the same materials or has additional materials that make it an inferior product. I expect this mat to last me quite a while.

Excellent product, very happy with it and I recommend it to all my friends. Dries very fast and hasn’t warped due to moisture. Overall very satisfied and matching my apartment aesthetic perfectly

Had this almost a year. Not worth it. It's just not as convenient as it looks to maintain. While it does work in terms of drying well. Dirt really sticks to it, it shows everything. It can quickly look *gross* especially in summer when people are wearing sandles. Wiping it or scrubbing worked okay, but for a true clean you have to give it a light sanding, and more often than you'd like. It's just not lower maintenance or better value than a soft bath mat you can just toss in a washer dryer. And you can get *multiple* soft mats for cheaper than this and alternate to a fresh one as needed and just wash all together with laundry sanitizer to keep those better value mats fresh, clean and soft. Plus, this thing easily cracks and mine has completely broken in just under a year of use. I do not recommend this product.

You’ll realistically want a larger size mat
