I never smoked or vaped. This is a strong mint-flavored hit when inhaled. I think it helps calm and relax.

I was pleasantly surprised and they sure have the name right calm definitely calms you relaxes you and makes your lungs feel cleaner and I felt like I can breathe better and it taste great almost like grapes/lavender and then after you feel a hint of mint refreshing, your lungs… that’s my experience! Definitely recommend it, and I will be back to buy another thank you so much!! 😊

The one I purchased did not have 800 uses. I’m buying another one in hopes that it does. The product itself is great though and it does have a calming element. It’s easy to use. Very durable. Scent is good. Wish it had the ability to be able to buy refills. The battery is good of course it didn’t go for the 800 uses.

The description is inaccurate! You do not get the amount of pulls as stated. I’ve brought this product one time and also a replacement was sent with the same results! This not a recommended buy!

This definitely is calming. Very pleasant. Taists good. Great product, however, I got it on Saturday and it dies on Tuesday. Severely overpriced for how long it lasts. Does not last 800 pulls. More like 150 pulls.

Herbal diffuser that tastes and smells really nice I use it as a substitute for my vape it dose feel like a vape but without that hit on the back of the throat..It's extremely light in the hand and each diffuser contains 800 puffs and 0% nicotine.The ingredients are mullein leaf,marshmallows root,oregano leaf,thyme peppermint,vegetable glycerin and purified water..Great idea if you're trying to cut back or quit vaping completely..Quite an expensive product tho if you continue to use.

As someone who has respiratory issues, I literally found this a breath of fresh air .I have to admit that I wasn’t that impressed with the size of it when it arrived, as I thought it may be a light infusion that wouldn’t produce much in way of an inhaler.First try… I got nothing, but then realised there was a plastic cover to remove at the bottom to allow the air flow.Second try… on inhaling, It was a pleasant experience with no strong taste or after taste.I actually felt it helping to clear my respiratory tract after just one inhalation.During winter months, I regularly use a small nebuliser at home as I am sensitive to dry hot air being blown through heating systems, especially air conditioning whatever the season. I will keep this in my car for when I’m out and about, and use it when I feel my breathing is becoming affected to help prevent the usual oncoming congestion and coughing episodes.Great little product, ideal to carry around, contains 800 inhalation puffs.

This was leaking when I opened it, the oils had come out of the bottom all over the stick even making the colour of the stick runI tried the stick a couple of times and it was hard to inhale anything all I felt was a bit of menthol in my mouth and wasn’t sure if it was the residue of the oils on the stick itself?I honestly didn’t feel anything different from using the stick to simply taking a few deep breaths… if you struggle to breathe deeply in the moment and need an aid then maybe these might help but I found no use for these or maybe the one I received had no oils left to be of any use?

This natural herbal bled diffuser to breathe in is just what I needed. I have a really bad cough due to a medical condition that I have and all the herbs in this are really good for your lungs. This one includes mullen leaf, marshmallow root, oregano leaf, thyme and peppermint. It says to inhale and use it about 5-10 times a day. It has 800 uses in total and then you need to replace it. This has really improved my breathing and I highly recommend it Thankyou so much.

The GreenMist Breathe Herbal Diffuser Inhaler is something that up until a few days ago, was completely new (and unheard of) to me!The inhaler is very carefully presented and arrives in a beautiful oblong box. The inhaler itself, is flat and smooth to the touch. One end is designed to be inhaled from and the other end helps with airflow (I'm guessing 🥹?).The smell of the different herbs in just wonderful and I spent far too much time just inhaling the giddy scents 🤩The taste was only okay for me, as I much prefer how this smells versus the faint taste that I got.I'm not someone who smokes, so I didn't order this as a smoking replacement or something to help me quit, and to that end I can't unfortunately give any insight as to how this will help those who want to order this for that purpose.I ordered this as I have respiratory issues and really wanted to see if this would be useful to me for that. As I'm still only about a week into using this, I cannot say for certain if it's helping with that - I'll have to wait and see.One thing I DO feel that this little inhaler IS helping me with, is focus. I find that after two, or three deep breaths with this, I am able to focus on a task for HOURS, and complete it too! This is wonderful, as in recent months I have been a little distracted.This is a pricey item retailing at £19.99 at my time of ordering, so I'd definitely only recommend it if there's some spare money available and you're in the mood to spoil yourself. I do believe that it would be money well spent though, as it does have some benefits.
