Forrest Gump (French Edition)

When I first ordered the book, I received a really worn out book that fell apart as I read it. I was disappointed because I really enjoyed the book and was planning on keeping it in my library. I was offered a refund and a replacement book which I was very happy for. I rate it a 5/5!

I enjoyed this book until the adventures became more and more outrageous. I powered through it even though I kept saying, "Come ON!" out loud over and over and over again. He's still a pretty likeable character and, I have to admit, I will probably read the sequel... :)

Honestly, I can't believe I am the first to review this. It was really done well. Mr. Groom is quite gifted in taking the reader on a fun ride with Gump. wheeeeeeeeeeee. written through Gump's eyes and language. Ithink this could convince a nonreader how fun it can be.

Tel que décrit, reçu bien avant la date prévue, très bon livre pour ceux et celles qui ont aimé le film et veulent en savoir plus… un genre de spin-off de ma vie de Forest Gump.

The book was in French. Since the item description was in English and nowhere else indicated that it wasn't an English version i assumed that i would be receiving an book in English. It is nothing but a $10 piece of kindling. Zero Stars

Le livre qui a inspiré le film de Robert Zemeckis avec Tom Hanks. Le personnage est encore plus complexe dans le livre et certaines situations diffèrent de l'intrigue du film, du coup cela se lit comme une version alternative de l'histoire.

Pour la première fois, déçue par un livre dont on a tiré un film.
