I was tired of thin, flimsy cleaning gloves that always seem to spring a leak right when I'm in the middle of a gross job. I bought this 10-pack to have plenty on hand, and I'm glad I did. Right out of the package, you can tell these are different. They are noticeably thick and feel very durable, not like the cheap, crinkly ones from the grocery store. I've been using my first pair for washing dishes, and they've been great. The non-slip texture on the palms and fingers is very effective, even with soapy, slippery plates. They also handle very hot water with no problem; my hands don't feel the heat at all. I've designated another pair for cleaning the bathrooms, and they provide a solid, confident barrier when I'm scrubbing the toilet or tub. Because they are so thick, you do lose a bit of the "feel" you get with thinner gloves, but that's a trade-off I'm happy to make for the durability. The inside is smooth, so they slide on and off easily enough. As with any rubber glove, my hands get a bit sweaty after a long cleaning session. I ordered the XL, and they fit comfortably, with enough room to move without feeling baggy. Having 10 pairs, each individually wrapped, is very convenient. I can keep a pair in the kitchen, one under each bathroom sink, and a few in the garage for gardening or car washing. For the price, this is a great value for a heavy-duty glove that actually lasts.
