Q: Would this work with the new Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020?

MSFS2020 has launched and based on our initial review of it's functionality, there are a number of key functions missing that are required for our hardware to work correctly. We are currently working with the development team to ensure compatibility with RealSimGear products. Our products will work with supported aircraft in MSFS2020, it's just a matter of when.

As a training pilot my self, it is good for IFR training

Q: Did this affect the fps (frames per second) of your x-plane 11 sim?

No, it has minimal to no impact on frame rate. You set the display used for the GNS530 to 'Not Used' in X-Plane.

Q: Does this work with X-Plane 11 on a Mac?

Yes it does work with Mac-OS. You just need to make sure that your Mac can support an external display that can be flipped. There is a small number of older iMac's that do not support this.
