If you're skeptical, just take the plunge! Fixed our sagging gate right away. Very easy to install, took me and one other person about 10 minutes to put it together and put it on the gate after watching the installation video. We only needed a drill and an adjustable wrench and it pulled the gate right up! We were so surprised. Totally worth the money. Will update later on durability but it feels very sturdy. I don't normally go out of my way to write reviews right away but we installed it yesterday and I felt compelled to post!

Have purchased 2 of these gate braces. Very solid and durable. Not only does this brace keep a gate from sagging but it keeps the gate from sagging for years. Contemplating buying a 3rd brace. This company deserves an "attaboy" or "attagirl"!!

This saved my large gate. I really liked the instructions, which were clear and gave a few different ways to install. For example, they called out that order of install didn't really matter, and also gave the optional instructions to remove the existing support brace to make the install more robust. And the trick to use a shovel to raise the gate while installing was perfect.The product itself is heavy-duty and well made. Highly recommended.

Installed 2 units on the driveway gates in about an hour hour’s time! Just read the instructions! Works great! Highly recommended! Solid well built product.

This really works!! Easy to install and very sturdy. It can also continue to be adjusted if the gate continues to sag. But... I needed the 52 inch model which meant I had to order the 2-piece more expensive model even tho I can't use the extension. Would be nice to just be able to order the right size at the start.

I have an extra wide gate for entry of a riding mower into my large back yard. For years, it has been dragging and pushing down on the latch so that it was very hard to open (had to use both hands to lift on the handle and then try to manipulate the latch somehow). I had no idea that something like this Gate Brace existed until a tree trimmer told me about it. My son and his friend came to install the brace, and they had it done in less than half an hour (which included reading instructions, looking for the right tools, deciding how to angle it, etc.). When they started tightening the nuts, the gate lifted like magic! Both of them said that, when they first looked at it, they thought, "Okay, I don't see how this is going to work, but we'll humor her and put it on." They were absolutely amazed! I can't rate Durability yet, but it certainly appears to be high quality. I rated Easy to Install only 4 stars because it definitely needs the right tools and requires a bit of "figuring it out". I couldn't have done it myself, which is what would be required to get 5 stars. Sturdiness is 5 stars for sure, and if there was a rating for How does it work? Well, 5 stars wouldn't be enough!I have just ordered another one for my mother's gate, which has a similar problem, though it's just a standard size gate. I could not be happier with this product.

I had an issue with my side gate being heavy that it would sag and the door knob would not latch properly. The person who made the door kept trying to fix it and it still would not align correctly. I bought this product to aid with this issue and fixed it myself. I have already been using it for three years without ever having to readjust it. It’s still closes great just like the first day I installed it. I purchased another one recently (shown in photo)for my other gate and I’m hoping it’s just as good. My original gate is not shown here, but is similar looking.

I have an 8' wide gate that really wasn't built all that great and was sagging pretty badly at 2 years old. I installed this support in about 10 minutes and couldn't be happier with it. It's super adjustable and sturdy and made a big improvement immediately! Highly recommend!
