Sturdy, stable well-made stand.
I have read other reviews and agree that the assembly instructions are limited. The hole spacing is different between each of the bottom stand supports and the top piano rests. If the wide spaced bottom stand support is on the left when facing the stand, then the wide spaced piano support will be on the top right. Note: the recessed (indented) holes should be placed on the screw head side.

Great Keyboard Stand For The Price
I had one of these that got bent with some heavier keyboards I use to use, so I bought a new one. It works perfect with my Roland FP4 which weight's 32lbs. It's stable and it dosen't rock front to back or side to side. It's light weight making it easy to carry. The legs are not long, so people don't trip over it when I'm doing a solo gig or band members when I do a band gig. When I got the stand, there was some assembly required. The directions were not too clear. I assembled it worng and had to take it apart and re assemble. There are 2 main bolts that hold this stand together, it only came with 1. I went to a local hardware store and got the bolt and washers I needed. That would be the only issue. All in all, it's a great stand for a light to medium light weight keyboard. Anything much over 40 lbs, you need something stronger. I had used a Roland xv88 for a while. The frame by a bold bent. So any of the new lighter keyboards like the 88 key keyboards like Korg Krome, Yamaha MOX8, Roland RD 300 family and Roland FP family, this stand is a good choice. Of course for 76 and 61 key keyboards, it's great.I'm a full time musician and work about 32 gig's a month and do all types of gig's. The stand is holding up in every enviorment I use it in.Great Keyboard Stand For The Price!!!

Nice keyboard stand.
Very sturdy but assembly was a pain in the butt, hence 4 stars. Not much help available. Images in the instruction are too dark to make much sense out of them. Found a video on YouTube of a similar product that finally helped me assemble it. Once assembled, it's a great product. Deserving of 5 stars.

Easy adjustment to various heights
Nice and sturdy. Be careful when assembling to note the the top and bottom feet must be aligned in conjunction with the position of the legs. Each leg of the same length has a different position of holes for the bolts. This makes sense if you take a good look at the picture. This was more complex as I did not get instructions for assembly with the Amazon resale product. Once together, this is a great stand and easily adjusted.

Don't buy it for the Yamaha digital drum set
For the purpose for which I bought it, I give it zero stars and hope it is removed as a recommended accessory for the drum set. This stand was recommended for the Yamaha DD35AD Touch-Sensitive Digital Drums with Guide Lights and AC Adapter. I ordered both. As other reviewers noted, the lack of detailed instructions was very frustrating. The four 'feet', two legs, and small plastic bag containing an allen wrench, bolt, two washers, and a nut were in the box with the small paper containing 'instructions'. It took me over an hour to put the stand together - mainly because I could not locate the feet/leg screws. The screws to hold the 'feet' were actually screwed into the legs, a point not mentioned in the instructions. The bag with the bolt, two washers, allen wrench, and nut was, I believe, missing a washer as the stand wobbles. To adjust the height, you will need to pull out on the round handle on the legs once you get it all together. This may seem obvious to many, but it is not to a first time user of this type of stand. Once I finally got the stand assembled, I placed the drum set on top. The drum set would have fallen to the floor if the stand had not been next to the bed. Luckily the drum set fell on the bed instead. No matter how much I tried, the drum set would not sit on the stand. I'm debating whether or not to return the stand as I have an APO address and to received it, I had to have it mailed to a relative in the US who then mailed it to me as it would not ship directly. Maybe it's suitable for an electronic keyboard, or something that has a flat bottom, but not for the irregular shaped bottom of the drum set.

Sturdy and easy to fold away
Although the pictures in the directions could be clearer so you can see more detail and make it easier to see how pieces should be oriented, it is a study, easy to use once you get it put together. It works great with our 88 key digital piano keyboard. The height adjustments work well for me and my tween kids.
