Was wonderful until it died
I was so excited for this engraver and used it for 5 small projects (2x2 in) before it just died. it was 3/4 of the way through the 5th project when the laser just shut off and wont turn back on. i cleaned it after every use and didn't leave it running extra in a well ventilated room. I have just had it over a month. Before posting this review I attempted to contact customer support to see if i could get a replacement or if there was a simple way to resolve this problem. I have waited over a week with no response and i am gravely disappointed. The work it did was absolutely amazing, but didn't last over a month.

good product
This is a Great machine for those new to CNC, like myself. I did not expect the machine to be as good as it it, but it did definitely work beyond my expectations.The engraver is very well packaged and all parts look well made and protected for shipping. I have been testing this. I have had some problems. The company were very quick to help and I have manage to resolve most problems so far. Considering its price, there is barely no one better than this.

excellent quality for the price!
Honestly did not expect this product to be the quality that it is. All parts are well packaged to prevent damage in shipping and manufactured with high quality materials and extreme precision to ensure proper fit. The attached picture is one of the more detailed and smaller engravings I have done that really shows the capabilities of this engraver.
