Tight socks , not compression hose.
I bought 4 pair each from different companies , all the same size , and 20-30 compression rating , these and "actif" brand were so tight , , really hard to get on, hurt my tos too. . The Jobst brand , and Dr. Comfort brands were more expensive , but comfortable . I've been wearing compression for a long time ( I'm a nurse ) , and was trying to save money , but these just can't do the job for me.

Miracle compression, thin, great for booties, makes it easier to get my shoes on
I have constant swelling from nerve damage in my left ankle and foot. It's getting worse with time, so I'm no stranger to using compression socks. These are the best I've found for several reasons:1. They are thin. A lot of compression socks have to be thick. Unfortunately, the extra bulk means I have trouble putting a shoe on my already swollen foot. Also, they are thin enough to put under another sock if necessary. That may not seem like a big deal, but I take my shoes off whenever I go inside someone's home. I usually only wear a compression sock on one foot, so it's really noticeable. With these, I can just carry an extra sock and try to discretely put it on when I remove my shoes.2. These also provide a little "slip" also, so they make my shoes easier to go on. I have a very expensive pair of boots that I haven't worn in two years because I couldn't get them on...and I was able to wear them comfortably today with these!2. They are flesh toned on me. I know that will be individual depending on skin tone. These aren't a perfect match, however, they are close enough. I love wearing booties (or ankle boots) and have just a little peek of skin between the top of my shoe and the bottom of my pants. I could never pull that look off before because I had to have a knee-high ugly sock on my foot.3. They lay nicely and once they are smoothed on, they do not leave marks on my skin, nor do they have weird areas of increased compression like some socks. The toe and heel are looser, but I haven't had any toe swelling like in the socks that don't compress the toes at all (which a physical therapist told me can be very dangerous). The only bad thing is that they are little tricky to get on. Read the enclosed instructions for tips. They are tight, but that's why they work. I wear a 7.5 women's shoe and ordered a small. I can also see where these could snag, so I will be careful with them. I've already ordered my second pair!

Best ones yet
I bought these for when I was pregnant and literally carrying 30 lbs of water weight, mostly in my lower legs. These are the only ones that worked. They’re a pain to put on but that’s because they’re tight like they’re supposed to be and I was swollen like I was supposed to be (or I wouldn’t have needed these lol)Once they’re on they’re phenomenal.

Not fake
Finally, REAL COMPRESSION support! So many fakers here on Amazon! Blessed to find this vendor with true 20-30 support for my wonky lyphedema feet. No one would know from my presence I suffer a mild form of lyphedema due to injury because I compress as much I can, but it is an expensive process via various forms. No time for b.s. fake compression vendors vibrant on amazon. Y’all are a blessing. Thank you.

Constrict toes terribly! Have to discard these.
These is the worst brand of compression knee highs I have tried to date. Though they appear to have a similar toe area to other brands, looks are deceiving. As I do with my other socks/stockings, I pulled the toe area outward a bit to ensure there would be some breathing room for my toes. Almost instantly, the material draws back and starts to squeeze and the garments become progressively tighter and tighter on the toes and bite them terribly! I bought these for medical purposes, as I have chronic venous insufficiency. I chose size medium, whereas with other brands I wear a small. I'm petite at 5'4", small-boned, weigh 125 lbs and have a narrow 8 to 8.5 sized foot. They need to construct these garments with a roomier toe box. I should not have to buy a large, which I believe would compromise the level of compression.

Great quality and compression!
Great quality for the price! Compression is definitely 20-30 mmhg and sheer fabric was comfortable while still being supportive. Was a tad long in the foot (I wear a size 7 shoe), however it was not overly large. Height was perfect for my 5'4" frame. Will most likely be buying additional pairs for work. Helps relieve some of the pain and swelling caused by varicose and spider veins.

These are wonderful
Didn’t have high expectations for these due to their weight. I was wrong. These are the best compression stockings I’ve ever worn. I live in a hot climate, these are cool enough that I hardly notice I’m wearing them. Great choice.

great comfort but too short
I love everything about the 20-30 mmHg sheer, nude, medium Actifi knee highs except for the length. They are comfortable in the foot area, have great compression, and I like the color. They stay up however, they just do not go high enough to reach my knee. I need a 15 inch long stocking and these are 2 inches to short. If ONLY they would extend the length they would be the PERFECT compression stocking. I have problems with veins and need to wear a knee high compression stocking. Most are not sheer enough and some of the colors are not flattering. The Actifi nude colored sheers are very complimentary. I cannot locate the manufacturer or I would write asking them to offer the same stocking with a 2 inch longer choice. I am not that tall...5'4" so don't know why they don't offer a longer stocking. The price is excellent for the quality, but the length needs extending. These stocking would rate 5 stars if the length was extended.
