Let me start by saying that we love the quality of this piece of furniture and appreciate the free shipping through Amazon.That being said, it took over 3 weeks for delivery and, when it finally arrived, the delivery company would not unpack the piece nor remove the packing material. Further, we were also required to finish the installation of the "feet". This final task took over an hour as none of the holes were pre-drilled, and no template was provided. As we completed this task ourselves, we noted that the ends of the cushion material were stapled over the wood frame into which we had to drill to install the feet. This material wrapped around the drill bit and was incredibly difficult to work around. It seems to me furniture of this quality would come with pre-drilled holes for the feet and perhaps even pre-tapped metal inserts so that wood screws would not be necessary for the installation.

I don't usually do reviews, but thought this time I should pass along some things about this item. This was not a good choice for us. There were boards in the back on both sides that were poking outward, stressing the fabric. In time, it would likely break through the fabric. Also, the fold-out mattress had a very, very strong odor. I really wanted to like this item, but I just couldn't. It was comfortable to sit on as a love seat, and the fabric was nice to the touch. But we wouldn't ever be able to use the bed, as the smell was so powerful, and we are returning it a.s.a.p.

Seems sturdy but will say it looks like a piece of hotel furniture. The seat is not very deep. It is stiff but hoping it will break in. Do t be decided by the picture, this chair is ver BLUE like mom jean denim blue. Not light blue or grey at all straight up denim blue. I was pretty disappointed with the color but don’t know how I would return it.

I am not sure how this product does not have all positive reviews. It is exactly as described on website, so incredibly well made and sturdy, the color is a really pretty blueish gray. Lighter than the “360 view” portrays it. I had to wait a couple of weeks for the item to come back in stock but once it was it shipped very quickly and for FREE!! I have been searching for a twin pull out loveseat and this is compact and perfect for a one bedroom apartment. Could not be more satisfied with this purchase. The price was great and the product is a steal for the price I paid. Highly recommend this product!

Great "little" chair. Not the most comfortable to sit on but not the worst either. The pullout bed is great. No damage on shipping. It was a lot darker than I expected, but still a pretty blue/gray.

Very uncomfortable to sleep on. Not a true twin size bed nor like a cot. Seat is not very deep . The style is great .

So disappointed wrong color came in and broken piece it should of been grey and it’s blue. Quality is great. I would of returned it but it’s a hassle being the size for the return and the broken piece was disappointing

This is fine for our use but I'd have to say they put a tag on it that it's "Made in the USA" and it doesn't seem like a quality product at all. I realize this is a inexpensive chair but the attention to detail is marginal and the pride of construction isn't there. The upholstery wasn't stapled completely and the legs are plastic, not wood. The mattress is so lumpy we'll likely replace it and the webbing is installed off center. I'd fire the assembler.
