Solid Paul Mitchell product. Light but with great natural looking hold. Smells like Bath & Body Works cucumber melon but not overwhelming. I've used this product for years and love it.

Perfect product, Defective packaging for shipping
I have been using Paul Mitchell Freeze and Shine Super Hairspray, Maximum Hold for many, many years. It holds my hair in place regardless of whether my hair is short or medium length to my shoulders. The product is great. However, this was my first time to order from a vendor on Amazon, and although the bottle was shrink-wrapped in plastic, hairspray still leaked out of the bottle onto the box during shipment. When I removed the shrink-wrap, the entire bottle was covered in sticky hairspray. Perhaps putting a seal over the top of the bottle under the lid would prevent the hairspray from leaking out of the bottle during shipment.

Buy the Large size and save a lot of money
Great value ( large size) Great hold with as little alcohol as possible. Paul Mitcell products have been an iconic gold standard since the eighties.

Way overpriced! Buy something else.
Severely overpriced! I should've looked more carefully. I assumed this was the same as the 16.9 oz. bottle I previously purchased at the store. NOPE! This is a 8.5 Oz bottle at the same price as the larger bottle. Goodbye Paul Mitchell. It was fun while it lasted. Never again!

It’s hairspray that leaves the hair shiny and hold it in place for the day without having to redo it! I’ve used this product for many years and wouldn’t be without it. Even in windy conditions it holds.
