Broken
Well ordered this well before Christmas said it would be here the 21 of December. Paid extra for the 2 day shipping. Had to call twice in January finally got it on the 14 of January my girl was so excited to finally get it and it was broken in the box. So now have return it and wait even longer guess if it gets here I will leave another. Only got this one cuz had the best reviews

Love my water bottle
Love my water bottle and it’s just so pretty to look at. Highly recommend getting the separate handle for it. Makes carrying around so easy.

The lid with the crystal dome in it can't be unscrewed, the outer bit detached from the inlet. Since you have to wash it very thoroughly, because it developes mold between the silicon and the crystal dome, it is not possible to use the bottle any more. after half a year and nearly £100 , this is more than disappointing.
