This book is awesome! All of the recipes I have tried so far are very straight forward and easy to make but also delicious! There are some more involved recipes, but for the most part they’re easy for the begginer. I love that there are a ton of comfort food and take out recipes keto-fied, it makes it a lot easier to feel like you’re still enjoying everything you used to eat - without the guilt of carbs and sugar! All of the art work and photos look great, it’s very well laid out and easy to navigate by section, ingredient, or food specification. Matt & Megha are very genuine people, if you follow their YouTube channel or Instagram, you know that they really want to help all the “normies” simplify and stick to Keto long term, if that’s your goal. As with all of their other content that they put out, this cook book does not disappoint and is EXCELLENT quality. I am not kidding when I say this is the first and only cookbook I have ever bought! You will not regret your purchase!

It is my second book from these guys, and it is great. Everything is so tasty, and I have not messed up a single recipe. Great layout: macros, easy instructions, recipe index with pictures of the dishes for ease of use. And mostly, there are A LOT of dishes to choose from.

Awesome cookbook with great keto recipes and ideas

I have a lot of cookbooks but this is by far my favourite. Quick and easy recipes with ingredients I have a home. I love this couple and their YouTube channel and this book was even better then I had expected. I definitely recommend buying it. It gives so many useful tips, information and recipes.
